Apologies, there is a fairly simple explanation, I'm a simpleton sometimes, haha. I am staying on Soi 15, I couldn't remember this when doing the post, I knew a Hooters had opened near hotel and searched for that to locate the Soi instead of actual hotel, turns out there are two Hooters and I used wrong one. VeloDots, I tend to agree with Robert Long. They have a bad reputation, most likely well earned. You can't always see the pimp but they tend to be within eye sight.
