It's a name coined by sections of the US political spectrum alongside others such as Kung Flu or the China virus to describe Covid 19. Most likely the virus originated in a city in China called Wuhan and spread from there so those who use the term argue it makes sense to call it the Wuhan virus. Maybe that's true for some but if you look at the politician who used these ethnic titles to deflect responsibility from his ineptitude in dealing with the virus in his own country well you can make your own mind up on what the motivation is when somebody calls Covid 19 the Wuhan virus. Oops hope I haven't become invisible again.

KC 1 was a great bar with so many sexy young girls. I hope the bar can maintain it's high standards post quarantine.

On my last visit to LOS (so long ago it seems like an eternity 555) I also liked Billboard because they had the next best line up of girls after KC 1, RB4 because that's where I met Atomic in 2018, one of my favorite current and all time girls, and even RB 2 because that's where I met another little favorite sweatie pie (in 2019), a thin young girl with large natural ta ta's and a friendly personality, that I am very fond of. I am looking forward to seeing her again hopefully in the fall. KC 2 and Pink Panther were also on my good bar hit list. But all bets are off concerning which bars will re-emerge post pandemic with quality girls and good ambiance.

That reminds me of another Go Go that pre Wuhan that I really liked which BTW you turned me onto. I am talking about Pin Up Go Go in Pattaya. I fondly remember what a great place that small joint was overflowing (on the nights I visited) with friendly & attractive girls. I really liked the ambiance there as well. So, KC 1 and Pin Up IMHO had to have been the 2 best Go Go's in Thailand pre Wuhan with a distant 3rd place going to Bilboard (maybe) Ha ha. But, I have no idea what bars are going to be on top in the new era once the doors to the kingdom are open again. Nothing stays the same.

Pinup is still going strong in Pattaya, one of the few gogos open on Walking Street.

That reminds me of another Go Go that pre Wuhan that I really liked which BTW you turned me onto. I am talking about Pin Up Go Go in Pattaya. Pink Panther used to have some nice girls but I almost stopped going because quality was not to my tastes the past 5+ visits. Black Pagoda was the other Patpong bar that was absolutely amazing. Same story. Where did all those cute young girls go? I remember my first visit there were about 50 girls and 25 of them were barfineable. Most unique gogo bar around for sure. I wouldn't even deem it as a gogo bar. More like a lounge where girls danced on poles around the club. Badabing never had many girls but they were overall a decent looking group and all very friendly. KC2 was more for raunch than the looks you found in KC1.

KC1 is by far my favorite gogo bar in BKK. All girls super friendly. It was the best when it was in that large temporary bar with the large half moon sofas open when KC1 underwent renos. That was the best gogo bar set up I've seen. I'm guessing rent was too high to stay there. I much prefer the old KC1 to the new one. Much skankier.

I am posting this to clarify the confusion caused a while back when the owners changed the name of Kings Corner Go Go to now Kings Castle. Kings Corner was a fairly large mixed Go Go. I am assuming Kings Castle is now exclusively a girl girl Go Go else why the fuck would management initiate the confusing name change.

I remember the first time I went to Patpong. I didn't do much research since no one wrote much about Patpong other than ping pong ball shows back then. I did know to check out Kings Castle though but I didn't remember the name correctly. Happened that I walked by King's Corner first and went WTF. Guys want me to go in to a LB bar? I never visited King's Corner because of the LB. Didn't even know there were girls inside.

I assume King's Corner is owned by KC1 and KC2 otherwise how can they share the same name. To add to the confusion there's a King's Corner 2 bar as well.

Each time I've been in that place I had a quite good experience even though not as good as the one described in the previous post but I go there only once each time I arrive in Thailand at the beginning of my holiday.

I cannot say the same about Kasalong where all my experiences there were not worth the price I payed.

I am posting this to clarify the confusion caused a while back when the owners changed the name of Kings Corner Go Go to now Kings Castle. Kings Corner was a fairly large mixed Go Go. I am assuming Kings Castle is now exclusively a girl girl Go Go else why the fuck would management initiate the confusing name change.

I was never a fan of Kings Corner although it was a lively and popular bar among NE Asians. The 50/50 mix didn't work for me and I did not think at the time it worked for the girls either because the LB's there tended to dominate the bar with their overly forward personalities. I knew a demure girl that once worked there. I met her later after she moved to KC 2. She told me she did not like working in Kings Corner and I immediately understood why.

Yes, Natty, that is why I misremembered the name of the bar I went into. As you walk down Patpong 1 from the BTS side (Silom Road?), first comes King's Castle I, then King's Castle II, then keep walking to King's Castle. Huh? LOL.

And I remember when it was a mixed bar. For whatever reason, I had better results for my particular needs with the real females dancing there when it was mixed. I have no idea why that would be the case, but there it is.

Wow. Looking back over the years I'd have to say I have had measurably better results getting what I need to justify paying for it when I have met and negotiated with real female go-go dancers who happened to work in mixed bars rather than bars that were proudly touted as "100% All Girls." And, no, I never accidentally or purposely took a LB instead. Interesting.

I don't think the LBs in other mixed bars were nearly as aggressive and dominating as they were in that Patpong 1 bar before they changed the name to King's Castle and it eventually went all female. Usually the LBs tried to blend in as normal females in those mixed bars.

To my knowledge this sounds about right. KC2 is currently closed and only KC1 is open right next door and further down the road is KC is open as well.

When all 3 are open it is all going to be pretty confusing and they should really work on the naming.
