Even though I'm a condom guy it's always interesting to see if a gal will do BBFS. I would say well over 50% will easily agree to it on the first encounter. And on the second and third encounters the percentage increases.

Even during normal times, before the current dire economic circumstances while the girls today are supposedly more quickly and easily saying Yes to what customers ask of them, my rate of success in getting an UPFRONT agreement to it was running around 60% with girls I'd rate well above a go-go bar 7.

During normal times.

Of course, if a customer never mentions it or asks for it and reaches for a condom at crunch time, his percentage of getting bareback in Thailand is going to be tiny, low single digits probably. Including today.

Ok, yep that's the place. I got my soi's mixed up a bit and was thinking Soi 21, which I use as a reference for Asok station. I know it's not really correct but it helps me with my visualisation of the area. Soi 23 is where Bradmans is, which I usually go to, hence why it came to mind.

I will add I saw a hot little hostess from another restaurant I have frequented in the past at the Hemingway's Soi 11 sitting with a couple of other girl friends all in seemingly full Freelancer mode. I hadn't seen her at that other restaurant for a while and wondered what happened to her. Maybe taking up a new or more exclusive career I hope.

I generally don't like to hit on or engage with hostesses or servers at restaurants I know I will frequent with other dates, particularly non P4P dates, so I had kept our exchanges to small talk nicities. But now I know where to find her for a more fulfilling experience. Possibly.

I stopped in a few clubs and restaurants on Soi 11 last night, Saturday night, to see how the freelancer scene on that soi is faring these days. Hemingway's (restaurant and bar)

A new bar on Sukhumvit Soi 8 just opened a few days ago called 8 Bar. Interesting timing for a new bar to open smack in the middle of the biggest tourist area. Then again, Today @ 8 bar on the other side of the same soi has been very busy in the evenings during this period.

This new beer bar is totally open air. Has a pool table. There is little evidence of working girls yet, which is one of the things keeping Today @ 8 busy, imo. Well, my date and I walked by last night and I wasn't sure if the 2 girls we passed from 8 Bar waving us in were just drink servers or also hookers.

I've lived here 21 years. Yes, it's illegal but like so many other things in Thailand there are places that provide in a safe clean environment. And the authorities don't shut them down.

Except that the Constitutional Court ruled in February that Section 301 of the criminal code (which prohibits abortion except where the pregnancy is the result of rape or where the health of the mother is at risk) is contrary to Sections 27 and 28 of the Constitution.

Of course this being Thailand the judgement gave 360 days before anything had to be done about it.

Hemingway's (restaurant and bar), Oskar's Bistro, Havana Social Bangkok, sometimes known as the Telephone Bar because of the secret phone number you enter in the old style pay telephone entrance to cause the club's door to pop open.

I can say all of those places were packed with girls and customers between 10PM and 1AM last night with the biggest drop off in the crowd happening around Midnight. Good looking ladies, too. Too many of the customers looked like they spend all day at the gym. lol wtf? Pretty much shoulder to shoulder, butt to butt with everyone dancing or really just moving around looking something like dancing. No masks in sight.

I zero'd in on a very sweet faced light skinned high water booty little lady with her girlfriend in Havana Social around 11:30PM and hung with them for a while. Took the sweet faced one back to my room at 1AM for a Long Time until about 10AM today. 2,500 baht. My number offer for LT and for what I require. There was no real negotiation. Would have probably been double that or close to it and maybe only for Short Time normally. BBFS+CIP later than I prefer last night and a very fine, super determined BBBJ+CIM this morning. Glad I have been getting those testosterone treatment shots lately. Busy weekend for me so far and it isn't over yet. lol.

I wonder about this law like so many Thailand have made whether it truly is applied at all unless it hits the front page and embrasses them it is just another law to try to make themselves as if they are a first rate nation? I've known a number of girls working that have had abortions in a number of cases I've heard conversations as if it was normal to have one if one chooses as if there wasn't a law? It seems it is no more than a convienance to have one or not to serve their agenda.

I do not know where you got this information, and how long you have been living here, but anyone who had face this issue, or witness it through a Thai family member, would most probably tell you otherwise, explaining in part the high rates of teen pregnancy.
