For nostalgia purposes can you comment on typical prices of the girls over that 10 year history? Did they rise a lot or not. I believed I paid 500 Baht for all night in 1991 (possibly too generous), which would have been what my buddy would have told me was the going rate I guess, although he was more stingy and might have paid less. I did come back to the Thermae some years later and got a wonderful sweet girl who was a Hotel maid, whose husband had died, but I don't recall the year or the price. Eventually lost contact with her.

I had GFs that interfered with my availability to visit the place every year, until I started working OS. With Thai GF around, impossible to disappear for the whole night.

In 1991 the price of a great girl for the night was less than the price of the cheap Hotel. On that basis, it was very hard to justify sleeping alone. These days the Hotel is cheaper than the girl unless you at a posh Hotel. So the price of a girl for the night has risen massively relative to hotel prices.

Those were the very good old days. Many of us would love to be transported back in time, but keep what we have learned. I would prefer of course to go to Thailand at age 21 (1977), and not waste so many years having a Farang wife, although my current GF was not even born. I recently worked for a company that went bankrupt. They did not pay their contractors because they went bankrupt. It's completely legal to do that based on US bankruptcy laws. That's the exact same scenario as the Trump scenario.

Most other mongering sites rate the girls. Doesn't seem to be what happens here. Probably why I abandoned mentioning specifics. Well that and just don't remember these women. But for someone who hasn't been to LOS, it'd be nice to get a general idea of how the playing field looks before going there and how much. Wish had dedicated more time and words to comparing each place, but it seems to be well hashed out anyways for something so subjective to begin with.

Of course, there are tons of recent videos of girls on the street in Bangkok and Pattaya and even sometimes in the go-go bars posted on YouTube. I think those videos are going to give you a more realistic assessment of how the girls look in a given destination than photos posted here. As I've said before, I could easily show someone (or post here) a recent photo of a girl who would look like a stone cold 9 or even a 10 but who in real life looks and comes across no better than a 6.5 or a 7. By the same token, I could show someone a photo of a girl that might elicit a guffaw of derision from a dude and, sure enough, 2 minutes after that dude meets that girl in the flesh he's hounding me for her contact info.

But with the videos you see on YouTube these days, I think you can make a fairly accurate comparison between, say, the girls of Thermae and in front of Nana Hotel in Bangkok vs the girls on Beach Road and on Soi 6 in Pattaya or wherever. Inside the go-go bars is a different matter. But the range from what you see on the streets or in front of the bars isn't really going to be wildly different behind closed doors very often.

Yes, there is one with dark blond (reddish?) hair she wears in double braids like a highschooler. She is not what I would call hot. But she is not fat or scrawny either. Have not seen her face up close but does not seem more than just "ok" from across the soi. She is out in front of Nana Hotel often. Probably the one you are referring to in your last sentence above.

But she is not to be confused with the very hot one you, Syzygies and I have mentioned in the past with blondish hair who also wore it in double braids like a highschooler. Thanks. Of the 5, one was 1500 and another was 1800 baht. This wasn't the initial quote and had to be negotiated down. 3000 was the top but fell to 2500. This just seemed like random variance as my approach was the same to all as I'm sure you and many others have experienced, so I don't feel I'm doing anything special here.

Asked for everything from BBFS and BBBJ to CIM and DATY. Personally do not DATY when P4 P. Asked about BBFS to see how open minded she is and also check for any mouth sores if she says yes. Sometimes if there's desperation from her for $ after agreeing to BBFS, it's time to pass and move to the next. A crappy vetting process and not against BB as did do BBFS a few times during the trip. But these Thermae TGs were CFS & BBBJ and a couple said CBJ which is a hard pass. This is generally the process that works for me when setting expectations in the room though would be open to a better approach.

Of course, you start with introducing yourself, asking for her name, if she lives in BKK, if she has work the next day, and how much. She will only ask 3 questions: where are you from, where is your hotel, and how long are you staying? Hahaha.

My methods are similar to yours, but not necessarily in the asking for it, but in stating this or that is what I need to pay an acceptable price. And I am not so worried about girls who say Yes to either of my minimum requirements (BBFS+CIP or BBBJ+CIM) readily. At least, I have never gotten sick from sex in my life except for an easily treated and quickly cured dose of Trichomonas about 45 years ago I got from a non pro university girlfriend. And that includes many, many girls who readily said Yes to my requirements.

For the most part, my methods have not changed much since I wrote more extensively about them way back in my Posts #33419 and #33429 in this thread. As you see, there are rare instances when I am willing to forego getting an upfront agreement to my personal requirements. But very rare indeed.

I don't like to start negotiations with a girl unless I am ready to take a girl. Especially considering my minimum requirements in terms of service are not even on most punters' menu; BBFS+CIP or BBBJ+CIM.

If I have a girl of interest in my lap, sitting next to me or standing in front of me at Thermae or another FL location, she says Yes to what I want and for an acceptable rate but then I say, "Ok, thanks. I was just curious. Maybe next time," I am a damn waste of time in a P4P environment and ought to be seen that way by others. I don't even see it as relating to Thai culture. Just common sense under my circumstances.

Perhaps it is less of an issue for punters just fine with basic, standard fare of "lick around the edges, if that, slip on a condom and proceed." In that case, the money is about the only thing to discuss. So it isn't as though the girl has invested any real time or "face" to reply to the question.

A better way to deal with the situation where I am interested but not right now and no I don't want to negotiate for something that is not going to happen tonight is to ask for her Line info. Then all the particulars can be covered on the night I am ready to go. If she does not want to share Line info, oh well, maybe see you here another time.

Still maybe you don't care. However important principal in Thailand and Asia. You don't need to know the price and the services, if you don't intend to buy. Its just very rude (but accepted in Farang countries).

Definitely can see your point here and can accept the cultural difference that you've pointed out. From her perspective, no one wants their time wasted which is certainly relatable no batter where one is from. However I have to look at this from a P4P perspective where I do need to know price and services in order to get a sense of what value I can get in an area that I wasn't familiar with and only read about.
