Mini report.

Tilac: Visited here a couple times recently and found it pretty bad. It has a reputation as one of the best, but the girls I saw were pretty rough looking. Several of them looked over 40 and leathery. Even the younger girls were average looking and had big chubby legs. I saw one girl I think might have been attractive from the side, but I didn't get a good look at her. Not the friendliest place either. Definitely possible to sit there for an hour without any girls talking to you or making much eye contact.

Suzie Wongs: Average lineup. A few decent girls. Too many chubby girls. A few with some big tits. Staff is friendly. Not a bad place to spend a couple minutes.

Its high time I reported on the excellent strip of massage shops in Sukhumvit Soi 23. As you leave Soi Cowboy and go out onto Soi 23 . Keep walking up the street maybe another 400 meters and you will see them on the right hand side of the road (opposite Citadines Hotel and Milllenium Hotel).

I walk past these places all the time too when I am in BKK and staying at the Millennium or the Admiral Premiere. The girls always call out as I pass and I wave back and say hello. I have often thought about giving them a try, but I just never got around to doing it. The math is simple: the upside is the possibility of a happy ending of some kind that was not totally expected (thrill of the hunt) minus the downside of a veggie massage for a few hundred BT and an hour killed. In LOS where sex is always available any time you want it, it sometimes is an added bonus to get a BJ or sex when it is not 100% guaranteed. Based on your report, I am going to definitely give one of these places a try. Great report BB.

There are some very decent looking girls there and all of them are fun, boisterous and give great service. I don't know for sure but I would bet 90% give full service in the room probably for 1,800 all in including a decent massage beforehand.

Am I missing something. Firstly all of them give great service which sounds like I've been there done that and then you get "I would bet" or "probably". I know the strip of shops referred to and the constant chants of "massssssssage sir " as you pass by each shop can be very irritating if you are having a bad day. Also have to say the talent on display falls somewaht short of what is available at the better oilies.

You need to keep walking up the street maybe another 400 meters and you will see them on the right hand side of the road (opposite Citadines Hotel and Milllenium Hotel).

I walk past there every day and really it is a great little scene and starts from around 3pm onwards and is in full swing by 8pm.

Basically that little strip of 7 or 8 massage shops is like a little mini Soi 6 in Pattaya but with less "worn" girls. Anyway having tried pretty much every option in Bangkok (actually Thailand really) I would thoroughly recommend this stretch to anyone.

Many people don't know its even there. After 7 years of living in Bangkok I only discovered it after I moved to the Soi 23 area and never knew it existed before.

Decent fellows like Pablo feel bad about lying to girls to get into their pants and then dumping them. A very wise man once said: "You do not pay them to come with you. You pay them to leave you in the morning".

And that is the problem with "free" sex: it is rarely free, at least you will never know up-front whether or not she has any long-term plans with you. Such things only cause drama and stress. Perhaps the "older" generation among us have wizened up and have their bellies full of such antics and prefer the certainty of sex with no ties attached.

I find this the most true in Bangkok during my many visits. I got bored of the go-go and beer bar scene and between trips (about every 6 weeks) started working the Internet circuit and as has been reported, it's pretty easy. I met a several girls, and every one turned out to be with "strings attached". It was fun setting things up, flirting before I departed, stuff like that. But after one "date", I was ready to move on. With a ST / LT bar girl, no worries. They don't expect a call back, even if you tell them you will.

But with the non-pros / semi-pros, they do. And I got the calls, emails and texts expecting me to be their committed BF. That wasn't for me. So my connections in both Thailand and Manila have all ended badly. Maybe it's my personality that I allow myself to feel bad about "dumping" them. Went there with 2 friends last time I was in town. Funny thing is, we walked in and all of the gals walked out and sat outside. We were not rowdy or disrespectful, can't figure it out.
