I was only there once, that was March 2023. I went into almost every bar and they generally gave me the feeling I was going to get scammed in one way or another.

Went in one massage shop where I negotiated price and service in the lobby with mamasan and the girl but in the room the girl insisted on more money. The disagreement was the price negotiated was for oil massage and the girl would only do Thai massage for agreed price. I walked out without paying, which upset both mama and the girl. I can only imagine problems that would happen for special services.

Went to a couple other nearby massage shops and they both seemed untrustworthy.

I was likely the biggest shill for King's Castle years ago when it was good. Not many people on ISG wanted to travel to Patpong. Check it out maybe it is good again. I haven't been since Fall, 2022. I prefer to do real things and hang out at Thermae in BKK. I leave the gogo bars to Pattaya. Be wary that a "tourist guide" may get a kick back for bringing you to a bar.

There used to be 2 King's Castles. Not sure if there still are so make sure you go to the good one. There also used to be 2 ladyboys bars with a similar name but I'm sure you will be able to tell if it's ladyboys.

Where have you heard this recently? Curious cause I'd even sway from Thermae if it were good again. Used to be true around 2017. Possibly was the best bar in BKK for fun and girl selection combination, especially when they moved to their temporary location.

As for not being as pushy, that part is likely still true for all Patpong bars. No different than LK Metro is more laid back than most Walking Street gogo bars. Just avoid the ones that promote a ping pong show.

I'd add some nuru & role play in Bangkok. You'd be a doctor, boss or teacher. I'd also add Crazy House in BKK.

Any recommendation on role play? Heard canary is like real popular recently. Though they are like really expensive, 60 min for 6500 is close to maria' mid level, but girls arelevel really pretty I heard. Others said good things about glamor. Any one had experience with them? Or are there any other shop worth recommending.

Freelancers can sometimes be found at the oddest places, I found one at a 7-11 (customer) and another at an informal clothing store (employee). Keep an eye on girls and sometimes you will find one whose eyes aren't totally on the business. This does not happen often, but it does happen.

Got a budget for 100 k baht (could increase like 30% of necessary), for mongering only. Wish to try all the things that worth trying and spend money on things that is enjoyable over all. How would you guys distribute the budgets.

As to "where else could we go in Thailand", you might want to try Udonthani or Hua Hin. Suggestions: query this board in the search box with the names of these places; To get a visual idea, go to YouTube and query the names of those places + nightlife. Lots of videos for your viewing pleasure. .

This is a late report from my February-March trip to various Thai locations. I've made a couple minor reports from that trip, this is intended to be more general. No blow-by-blow descriptions. I was in Thailand about 40 days and had about 40 total sessions with about 30 different girls. You BB haters shouldn't read any further, alternatively you can enjoy blasting me in the Rants section.

SAFE SEX.

As recently as a three years ago I used condoms every time, but I can no longer finish inside a condom so I make advanced plans for BB everything. I've had a vasectomy and got extensive STD testing after my trip, so I'm confident that I didn't fertilize any eggs nor did I pick up any nasty diseases (more tests later). About 50% of the ladies agree to BB right away, sometimes with an explanation that they use PrEP for HIV, which seems to be getting more common. Twice BB was agreed up front and then resisted in the room, one decided to go away without any money while the other decided BB was OK. With the language barrier, don't be subtle with such requests, I use the phrase "Everything no condom, finish inside." There is no confusing that..
