Yeah, I think 10.000 baht for 60-90 minute would work. Though I do prefer a longger time stay for a higher price, as long as it is not rushed. But idk, my idea is I am willing to pay that much or even more for a girl that is really going to shock me to an extend. Just not willing to pay first tier class ticket for a second tier seat, that feels unworthy (maybe what I wished f never existed idk.).

I have a tiny bit of experience in BKK and Pattaya but my game isn't your game. I am fairly frugal and don't do Pimp, super high end soapies and rarely will I go to karaoke on Thaniya Road. My days of spending 10,000 baht per night ended in 2015 when I moved to Pattaya.

Gogo girls. Pricing is pretty standard. 3000ST 5000 LT to the girl. Barfine to the bar will range 1000-2000 with BF being more expensive in Pattaya. That's the cheap part. However, for top end girls for non regulars some will ask you to buy them 20-40 drinks plus more drinks for their friends to make sure you are worthy. At 200+ baht per drink this can be 10,000 baht above the cost for the girl. Same 10,000 you mentioned you'd pay for drinks at Pimp. Problem is many guys go gaga over the "TOP" girl they have their eyes set on will pay this for their "dream" date. Now if you want only the top 10% and not top 1% of girls in a top gogo bar then your numbers are accurate. Remember to keep a poker face with these girls. If they see you drool you will pay for it.

Never been to Club Panda. As for Hollywood, most girls who go there are already tied up with their Korean / Japanese date. Fine getting numbers if you live there but given you have a couple of days it's not the place I would even consider trying to get my girl.

If you have deep pockets Thaniya Road needs to be included on your list. There are pretty girls there as long as the farm girl Isan look is not your thing.

Caveat Emptor - I haven't been to Thaniya Road for over a year now. Assuming there are still lots of YouTube videos you can search. Prefer simple point and shoot Thermae for 2500-3000 baht.
