Good question. At Maria Massage, girls with PRX are 22,500 for 90 minutes. What you get is essentially the girl that management believes is the most beautiful girl (s) working in their soapy. There are not a lot of PRX girls. You get the same service as a L "model" for 7,000 TBH. The girls with PRR, PRM, PRL, and PRX will be sitting on the far right side (sideliners). At Black Caviar, their CVM models will set you back 22,500. Same as at Maria Massage, this girl will give you the same service as a S model, but she is likely drop dead gorgeous. Each time I went to Maria and Black Caviar I was the only caucasion man in the building. The majority of customers at Maria and Black Caviar are Chinese and they have absolutely no problem dropping 15,000+ for the top models. If you want special things, I would look to grab up the girls that don't get much business. Ask the mama-san who would do what you want. Ask her or the girls if anyone would do a double with a friend they like. You can ask for a lineup of the girls so you can ask such things. It might not be the hottest girls at a shop who will get freaky, but who cares. If you aren't embarrased to ask a lineup of girls who will do sloppy BJ or a double BJ, then you will find what you want. I wouldn't go to the higher end places for freaky things. Go to wood bar (lower end joint).

Fair questions. Tipping is a very personal choice and many have their own beliefs and practices regardless if they are home or traveling as a tourist. I typically tip generously wherever I go, but seldom over-tip. For the papasan, if he is very attentive to me when I am there and makes sure the servers are quick with my drinks, and food, and the girl gives me good service, I will slip him 1000 TBH. Not sure if this is helpful but the one time I went to a BJ bar I was longer than 10 minutes don't recall how long but she had no complaints. Eventually I just told her she can just stop. I never finished from BJ so never went back hah.
