Your approach is the correct one if BBFS is involved. However, I demand all of the above other than BBFSCIP so there is no need to negotiate the other things in Pattaya since those are a given. The exception are the soapies but you don't get to talk to the girls beforehand anyways. In BKK, Thermae girls are the issue. I'm not sure how you do all that negotiation in Thermae with girls on either side of her under a foot away. I'm sure a lot of girls give you dirty looks at Thermae when you're not looking.

I take your approach when it comes to some girls even getting a LD. I tell them DFK and mutual groping (HJ under shorts in a dirtier gogo bar or Soi 6) and my time expectations. I'm a Cheap Charlie so I expect a lot for my 200+ baht LD.
