HCMC (Saigon to everyone who lives here) is not nearly as easy to find places, bars, girls, etc, as Bangkok but when you find them it's better value for money. You can start by trying the Spas and massage places in the alleys off Bui Vien street, or a few of the well known places for street meat, or online. Definitely not as good a bar scene in Saigon as there is in Bangkok, girls here go out in groups and expect to come home alone, very rare do you find bars where girls go to pick up or get picked up.
