I understand that asking for medical advice on this sight may seem silly, but hear me out. I suspect many of you have enjoyed or seen the results of some excellent cosmetic surgery work in your time in BK or Thailand. I am interested in some relatively routine cosmetic surgery and wondered if any of you would have some insight into where to start looking for a reputable doctor to perform what I suspect will be outpatient work. (It is nose related, and yes for me). I appreciate any information you may provide.

How is the HK scene? It was thriving when I was last there 10 years ago.

Realizing this is not the HK board, let's just say it is a mess here. Wan Chai is a ghost town and the current crop of ladies hasn't changed much in two years. Can't blame them, no incoming business travel so not many customers. The walk ups are populated, but not much in the way of fresh opportunities. Maybe towards the end of the year if things open up and business travel resumes there will be an influx of new talent.

I've done what you suggest 8 times and have had sex with 6 of them. That's the thing for me: TF is to avoid FL and find a civilian who is actually wanting a casual to serious relationship. I leave the FL, massage and other activities outside of my civilian activities. These girls are mostly looking to either move to a western country or find a sugar daddy who will send long term money to them. In their perfect world, you would move to their dismal village and live there and support the family (DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!). Please don't lie to them, they live difficult lives. My buddy did this process 3 times and ended up with a beautiful young bride and they are more than 3 years happily married in his home in USA. I haven't been that lucky yet (or unlucky?).

This is a very different approach to getting sex in Thailand and maybe find a lifetime partner. If your prearranged girl does not work out, you need to tell her you are not happy and send her home. You then can become a traditional monger for the duration of your stay or look for a replacement girl.

I typically schedule my trips to include a mix of alone mongering time and time with a new girlfriend.

I'm in Bangkok for next couple weeks so any reports for specific places and girls will be much appreciated for GFE experience. I've burned a lot of cash on forgettable experiences so far.

Went out with only one TF girl after weeks and weeks of chatting with many females. We had dinner and that was it. $150 CAD lost on that one. So far, TF are a mixture of FL, LB or scam artists, fake profiles and very few civilians. A word of caution to anyone venturing into BKK.
