I used TF quite a lot in my recent 3 week visit. If you look at their profiles:

1) 25% say they are looking for long term relationship.

2) 25% say they are freelancer / bar girl.

3) 50% don't say anything.

So group 1 you ignore, group 2 are available, but group 3 are the tricky ones as you don't know what they are looking for. Those are the high-ish prices they open with if you ask (unless they want to be unreasonable and slap you with 4 k).
