Genuine Cialis and quality generics do last 24-36 hours, though based on my personal experiences they are effective for about 24 hours. I'd start at 10mg. If it is not effective increase to 20mg. Remember, more is not necessarily better. You need to find your optimal dose.

Cialis is also used to treat BPH (benign enlarged prostate), in which case a daily dose of 2.5mg or 5mg is taken. I take the daily dose, which really helps relieve my symptoms of BPH. As a consequence I am capable of getting an erection 24/7. The down side is I believe I have less intense orgasms than I used to. I cannot unequivocally attribute this to the Cialis, but I believe it is a major factor, along with age. I am 64.

I cannot recommend places to purchase Cialis in Pattaya. I can tell you to not buy it from street stalls. In Bangkok I have bought it from several of the pharmacies along lower Sukhumvit. I have always purchased the Cialis brand and not a generic. I have never had a problem with the product I have purchased from any of these locations. I buy the 20mg dose and use a pill cutter to split the pill into four doses. Because of the tear dropped shape of the pill I end up with two larger and two smaller sections.
