Back then some doctors were convinced that you built up loads of undigested food in your lower intestine, etc. , etc. , and the only way to purge these "toxins" is by laxatives, high colonics, etc. And in like 100% of "testimonials" the patient claims that tons of weird junk flushed out of their colon. "Wow! Old cornflakes. I haven't eaten cornflakes in 10 years. " That sort of thing.

Of course, that was before the endoscope. Now a doctor can shove one of these miracle devices up your ass and look around. And guess what? No caked on crud. No old cornflakes. Nada. Zip. Zilch. The colon is an amazing self-cleaning device. About the only exception would be if you had a bad case of diverticulosis. But people do NOT have 20 - 30 pounds of waste cluttering up their colon. Sorry, just ain't true.

If you feel better, it's a good thing, and more power to you. I'm posting this in case somebody else reads it and thinks there's something to this so-called therapy.

Just to second this opinion, if you want to cleanse your colon, you can do what they do to patients prior to an colonscopy (when the specialist wants to check your colon for cancer and polyps, which is to put you on a cleansing medication (such as sodium picosulfate but there are a number of others in use in different countries) along with a boiled chicken diet for a prescribed number of days (usually a day or two) - your colon will be as clean as a whistle after that.

Yes, you will feel really good after a colon cleanse but the one involving the medication is easier, quicker and safer.

If you gained a lot of muscle (which weighs a lot more than fat), you probably lost the equivalent of even more kilos of fat. I would highly recommend visiting Climax and sample some free lancers from there. It closes at 3 am. The going rate is 3000 bhat for an overnight and 2000 for ST. There may be some exceptions, but that's what I ended up with most of the times. They will usually quote more, but stick to your guns and every single time they agree. I have just returned from a nearly 3 week stay in Thailand. I hope this trip report will add something different to what is usually shared.

Through my previous trips I realized that I enjoy more when I can spend a few days with a girl. Some BMs report from time to time about the online dating sites. On another forum I have read extensive discussions on how it can be very fruitful but only if you live in Thailand. I decided to give it a go any ways. Like you do not believe in stuff like that but to each his own whatever works for you. For me every year or so I take three days and just eat fruits and thereafter it comes right out? Personally I'm due for my colon checkup soon.

As for that other stuff unless you test count is really low I stay away from that stuff, just found a friend who took it for his reason now he's got cancer!

Yes, 13 kilos is really big. Add to that the adding of muscle and it is really impressive. The story behind the story is complex. Part of detoxing includes daily colemas (enemas). It is amazing what gets built up in your colon over 60 years. Even after weeks and weeks of no solid food, the nastiest, gross, disgusting things were coming out. I was told you can have between 5 and 15 kilos of old dried waste stuck to the walls of your lower intestines. That was a big part of the weight loss. The liquid diet was 700 calories a day and between the walking, water aerobics and weights, I was burning 4,000 calories a day.

This was a very controlled environment, with a daily visit to the nurse, a nutritionist and other experts.

The waitress went and got my drink and brought the Papasan over who explain the pricing to me, ladies drinks 200 baht, barfine 800 baht for gogo girls and 1000 baht for coyotes. He also said the girls charged a fixed rate go to back to hotel, 2 K short time and 4 K long time. Despite the pricey drinks the other rates seemed quite reasonable to me given the number of attractive girls here. After a little while I made a selection and Papasan came over, he told me that girl isn't barfineable, which although disappointing is better than finding out after paying for a lady drink, so I salute Papasan's honesty, I picked another girl and was told that she'll only go to the short time rooms and not the hotel, again saved myself 200 baht on a wasted lady drink. I definitely do not want to use a filthy ST room. Finally 3rd choice Patih came over, bought her a lady drink and chatted a little. Patih was 22, fairly tall with a nice toned figure. Paid for the barfine and made our way back to the hotel.

In the room we both showered and got down to action, kissing on lips with some tongue action and on to BJ. Anyways, Yuna quickly downed her drink and soon wanted another, for 160 baht I expect to get more than 5-10 mins time to chat to a girl but she was hot and energetic so I decided go let her have another drink. She downed this one even faster and then went on to the stage to dance. In all honesty she was by far the most enthusiastic girl on stage but her rapid downing of lady drinks told me she may well employ the same tactics elsewhere.
