I don't hear much about it anymore, is the old beer garden on Soi 7 still open or did it close during the pandemic, still any good as a hotspot for freelancers?

I think the area that was previously called the beer garden has been assimilated into the wider redevelopment of that side of Soi 7 into multiple shiny, noisy beer bars. However, I recall still seeing a 'beer garden' sign during my last visit in December, so it may still exist in some reduced capacity.

Sorry Pg, the Beer Gierten has closed and I suspect it has gone forever. Walking from Sukhumvit you pass the newer Soi 7 venues, which in my opinion are a very tame replacement before you get to where the Beer Gierten was.

Are there truly non smoking bars in Bangkok.
