You must have missed the class Doc. On how to calculate increases expressed as a precentage, perhaps you were attending the course on how to run a BJ bar although you didn't seem to have picked up much there either.

The formula used by most of the world to express an increase as a precentage is.

Increase divided by origional number multiplied by a 100 I. E.

300 divded by 700 =.4285 multiplied by 100 = 42. 85.

Incidently if as you keep repeating the difference in pricing is so modest why bother having 2 prices. Answer lies in your own admission that most customers pay 1000and therefore is as I have claimed from the begining just a ruse to jack up the price of a BJ to 1000.
