Something must be wrong with the girl selection process. I almost never had starfish when selecting experienced bar girls who dance with a bit of sexy pazzaz. Of course she must act in a way indicating our chemistry is good too. I don't treat girls like fucking machines, I hope. Newbie or very shy girls can be somewhat starfish. Also girls that are very scared by size of the dick.

I think its really key to make sure you have really good chemistry with a girl before taking her if you are looking a GFE. Being too stingy on the price bargaining obviously won't help a lot.
