My previoulsy posted daily budget estimate translates into a total of 127, 000 baht over 15 days. And this without tips, bar fines, etc. But I guess you're right, prolly gonna go on tours and treks and such and take it easy on some nights.

Your detailed expenses are irrelevant because you won't do the same things everyday. Even for a week, Bangkok can be boring so I would suggest you the Following:

Before that I will spend 5 days in PHUKET and 5 days in PATTAYA. Should I excpect same prices as BANGKOK, despite they being beach-towns during low season?

Food: 3 x 300 Baht = 900 Baht

Taxis: 500 Baht
>> that's a little high. You can ride the BTS to avoid traffic jams.

Drinks: 1,000 Baht
>> depends on where and what you drink

Lady Drinks: 600 Baht (Assuming 50 Baht times a dozen drinks)

I'd say Phuket would be higher (but it's not the best time to go there), and Pattaya cheaper than BKK.

food-can work if you stay out of the fancy resturants
taxi-should be ok, dont forget to and from the airport, if you are staying near the action, then you can walk
drinks- thats about 10
lady drinks-not even close, triple that at least.
massage- 400thb/hour thai massage 300thb/hour +tip
soapie-ok +tip
long time-ok

Of that the girl only gets about 700 Baht. So if she does really good, I believe a tip is in order, e.g. another 500 or so.

I'm no expert but Songkran should be celebrated the weekend after BKK in Pattaya so it will be the 17 / 18 in Pattaya if I am not mistaken and you will be covered in water. It was even more so celebrated in Pattaya then in BKK in my limited experiences.

If memory serves me right you can celebrate it in BKK then head to Pattaya and celebrate it again. Then again I'm an old arse hole and forgetful in my old age.

The main water festival day in Pattaya is 19th, with Naklua having theirs on 18th. However although the official 3 day Songkran holiday finishes on Wednesday 15th, the absurd nonsense of drowning everyone continues un-abated from before 12th up to and including 19th .
