Day 3 – Phuket

Day 1. Bangkok

So in the event that a couuntry sets 16 as a legal age (and then one has to go in the details of what that consents, another story) but "your" country set 18 or 20 or 21 for what this is worth as an example, then you will be subject to take care the girls you banging are not below 18 or 20 or 21....

the age of consent in thailand is officially 15 years old.

however, a later law was put into place that makes it illegal for anyone under the age of 18 years (male or female or in between) to be involved in p4p.

if you meet any girl in bar, disco, entertainment place you have no chance and its deemed p4p whether it is or not in the eyes of the law for an under 18.

whilst technically if you met a girl in a shop for example, got to know her and had sex with her, and she was over 15, you have not broken the law, however "society" will look down on you and trump up some other charges of abuse or gbh or whatever. this happened recently in the case of a famous thai singer who was accused of having sex with a 15 year old. he could not be charged with being a paedaphile, as 15 years old is the age of consent in thailand, he got done on other things.

Have not been here for about 5 months.
