There are no formal definitions of ST or LT. I almost exclusively ask for ST and after reaching price agreement I will say something like "2 hours in the room." Very unusual for a girl to disagree. That statement is applicable for my experiences with beer bar girls, agogo girls, and street freelancers. Sometimes girls claim they need to do a post session check-in at the bar, but that might be BS. Massage shops are different as they have defined structures for time-price.
