Total noob to Bangkok here. Been doing a little bit of research, and all of the girls I messaged on Fiwfans are refusing to come to my apartment / hotel. Is that a standard practice in Bangkok? Or is it just the nature of WGs on Fiwfans?

Most of the times it says in the ad (need to read Thai). Sometimes they do, but mostly not. That's only an internet thing. They seem comfy in their hotel rooms.

Finally got a new account for myself. I used to be somewhat active here several years ago but I lost all the information about my old account.

Now I'm back and I recently went back to Bangkok for the first since COVID (very fed up with these forums being filled with those virus discussions so not going to talk more about that).

I just spent a few weeks in Bangkok this time and I wasn't actually up to much.

I went to Duangporn's Haven twice. First time I went about 11:30 pm and the only lady there wasn't really up to par. Even with BJ's I like to have them OK looking. I went back a second time a week later and the line-up was better. There was a total of 7-8 girls and 3 of them were up to my standards. I had a shot and a beer as well and total damage was 1000 baht. I think the action was 800 and then 200 baht for the drinks. I went upstairs and did the deed and it was great as always. I think I've never had a bad experience at a BJ bar and I used to go quite a lot to Lolita's and the one next door, at least when there were some cuties around. Was offered FS at those places several times as well.

I went to Soi Cowboy and Nana as well and they were pretty boring. Saw a very cute FL but I just said Hi and realized it was a ladyboy. Oops.

Great Review! Quick Question. When you went to Duangporn's Haven for the second time, what time of day was it? I've been there few times pre-covid and noticed after 10 pm the lineup is thin.

That is so sad. Any more to this story? Business related? I mean, a lot of businesses went belly-up doing covid and I can't imagine the stress on the owners.

I passed by Lolitas last Saturday. It was open with two (not very attractive) girls at the door and lights full on. I did not go inside since the two ladies were not up to my taste, but I guess they will start re-staffing like everyone else.

Just average stuff and I was quite drunk so I don't remember much of it. The other side of the river was very quiet whereas the areas next to the backpacker street was busy as usual.

Nice report. What's the famous place on the other side of the river? I never realized there's much action on Thonburi side.

I know the low-end streetwalker area south of Khao San Road, 500 + 80 baht sounds about right.

The owner of Lolita's reportedly committed suicide several months ago and this is the reason that the place is closed. From time to time, there could be some cute girls there, though most would not fall into that category. I lived within a five minute walk of this establishment and always marveled to my NorthAmerican friends how close I was to getting a morning rubout if I was so inclined. I think the other BJ place next door and around the corner remains open.

Not completely open. Published stuff that I read says still have BS of vaccination certificate and insurance. Did I miss anything? Not too bad.

Gone are pre-travel testing, arrival testing, day 5 testing, Thailand Pass, required booking of hotels, special transportation from airport, sending in airline reservations, and day-1 and day-5 isolation. Is SHA+ also history?

I do hope that the Thailand E-Visa stays forever, that was much easier than dealing with the Thai embassy.

Per the Bangkok Post the insurance requirement also ends July 1.

Yes somewhat difficult if LB wearing mask but giveaways are hand / feet size, adams apple or overly aggressive feminine moves. My approach is just compliment them on how beautiful (mak-mak) they are and tell them you are looking for 100% lady. Have never had an issue.

All the BKK Go Go's that I am aware of are mutually exclusive. Either they are 99.9% girl girl or 99.9% ladyboy and it is really obvious which is which. Pre-covid there were a couple of mixed Go Go's, but I think they are now closed.

Out on the street a simple rule will suffice: when in doubt pass unless you really don't want to pass. Ha ha.
