I did the extensive research on this. If you plan to do this online selection and travel and wait for the good or bad surprise in the hotel room then you should stay near On Nut Metro. In my opinion it is nuts to do this though. You get real life selection on Khaosan road or Nana plaza, then why would you want to do this online selection?

Nana Hotel.

Its really close to the action, which was requested. A friend stayed there for 2 or 3 nights in 2017. He said it was cheap and junky. Not recommended unless it has been renovated in the last 4 years. The advantage is the location is at hooker central.

Depending on your budget, there are many choices along Sukhumvit between Soi 4 and Soi Cowboy. More action is on the odd Soi side, but that shouldn't be your deciding factor. I find that Soi 11 is close enough to walk to everything between Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. Interesting places to eat. It's also right at a BTS station and close walk to an MRT station. For convenience, the hotels near Sukhumvit Road are better than those further down the sois. Personally, I stay at a Soi 11 hotel well away from Sukhumvit because I prefer those hotels.

Q: How do I differentiate "normal" massage parlors with the "Massage parlors" (called MPs, these are brothels, and the standard sex shop in Thailand) -- certain "massage parlors" are just sex shops, others are not, there are many many famous sex ones, anywhere else in the world, this would be known as a brothel, they have rooms that you do the girls in, prices are generally very good, you should get the 2 hour session.

Can't believe it's still being recommended as a place to stay, it's been talked about many times the rooms are full of cockroaches and yes even the "brand new remodeled ones" now with that being said the location can't be beat, I can deal with lots of stuff but staying in a well known roach motel is not one I can deal with ever again!

That is something that you should never do and you paid the price. The standard advice is not to pay until after your session is over.

I also have something to add. My friends from youtube reported that Khaosan road is having walking street feel every night now. Lots of crowd there now. There is even a small alley inside Khaosan road now called as Walking street. No cameras allowed inside though.

I have not been to Khaosan Road and Rambuttri Road / Village (the usual walkaround loop) in a while so I guess I need to scooter over there soon to check it out.

But during normal times that was mostly a place to meet tourist girls, not local fteelancers or bargirls. It could happen. But not normally.

There was and still is a very low grade street girl scene on the other side of nearby Ratchadamroen Klang Road. But I don't think I would book a hotel room just to be near that for daily hooker rounds. I'm talking maybe one 6.5 level girl out of 100 and the rest at 4 or well below. But you could probably take one back to your room for 500 baht or so if you dared. Avoid like the Black Plague any invitation to use a nearby 150 baht short time room of their choosing.

Maybe the Khaosan Road area has changed lately. When I check it out some night soon I will post a report about it. But the much better bargirl and freelancer scene was always in the Nana / Soi Cowboy / Patpong area, not the Khaosan Road area.

You can generally see all the girls when you show up to a place, and choose the one you want. If you specifically like bigger girls, there are usually some, you can just ask mammassan in english if you don't see any that fit your bill. If no girls are to your liking, have absolutely no issue with just walking out, you do not have to choose a girl just by walking in, its always your choice. You can leave and go into the next place like it was nothing, this is normal. Totally normal, don't get pressured into picking a girl just because you're there.

Certain MPs are known for the "porn star experience" (PSE), such as Tulip (most famous), Cherry, Snow White (RIP?), and sometimes Mango. Girls are often not the best looking, but the experience its everything you've always wanted, anal is standard there and the girls really make the experience right, some people swear byu PSEs, others love the experience, but want different girls, though, I highly suggest it for a newcomer (and experienced people), but highly suggest getting the whole PSE for newcomer. The bars in Bangkok are not closed. I think only one beer bar on Soi 4 is still closed, the old Hillary 4 location. Go-go bars are closed but Nana Plaza and now Soi Cowboy and even a few places on Patpong 1 and 2 are operating as outdoor beer bars. There are probably more beer bars open in the lower Sukhumvit area now than were open during pre-Covid times because several new beer bars opened since then on Soi 7, Soi 8 and Soi 11.

Most nights now the places are packed with customers, girls, live entertainment, it's party time.

Some nights the customers outnumber the girls. Some nights it's the other way around. But any night it is quite easy to find a 20-something year old, fit, doable, "horrendous" 100% real female in or around the bars who will very likely agree to whatever it is you want sexually for 1,000 - 1,500 baht for Short Time (usually 1-2 hours) or 2,000 - 2,500 baht Long Time (often from 9-10 pm until the next morning), with or without maybe a 500 baht barfine depending on when and where you meet her.

Most everything starts in the late afternoon and goes until 9 pm, 10 pm, 11 pm or later.

Or you can work the online option or hit some Happy Ending massage shops open day and night all over the place.

However, in the Era of Covid and this being Thailand, what I just accurately described for today and tonight might be totally different tomorrow. And back again two weeks later. After a successful transfer I got the address in a hotel. Imagine my surprise when I saw a totally different girl opened the door.

The girl was very skinny, not pretty and did not look like the girl in the website. Not at all.

Well, I guess this will be my first and last online booking. Next time I will simply visit the parlours by myself.
