Thailand may soon open up to those vaccinated. This is great, as I have had a year of sex prison USA and have some major catching up to do. I miss the pleasure of discrete BJ and chablis in a limo to / from the airport, especially early morning arrives. It is a shame I cannot take the girls with me because of stupid visa rules. USA should offer a 3 month "special companion" visa (limit of 3 per sponsor simultaneously).

Some Japanese friends had an awesome TH holiday, rented a villa with a pool, brought all their favorite booze, and were cooked for, massaged, sex on tap and a great bunch of friends having a great time. They even taught the girls how to make expert cocktails and serve them poolside, and of course a BJ for waking up does without saying.

This is the way life should be. Not chained to some old, saggy, entitled fat American sow.

Vaccinated people can still carry and spread the virus. The vaccines are designed to save you from death. Until the rules for a COE are changed and 60+% of ALL people in Thailand get the vaccine, do not get your hopes up.

Actually, Kazy Kozy was the only Soi Cowboy go-go bar that remained "open" all during this latest round of closures right up until last night. Lol. Yes, I'd also read that it was closed, for sale and so on. But if you walked up Soi Cowboy just about any night during the past few weeks of closures, all of the bars were closed shut and dark, maybe a couple of old ladies or old Thai men sitting outside of them presumably to guard against looters, EXCEPT for Kazy Kozy.

Kazy Kozy always had a light or two on, the door open, groups of girls in street clothes sitting at card tables, cooking food, eating, flagging over any stray customer who dared to walk all the way down dark and otherwise deserted Soi Cowboy, trying to convince him to go inside, sit with the girls, buy drinks, take one or two, etc.

I know because I was one of those strays a few times. Lol. In fact, my previous post several days ago about not wanting to "snitch" on go-go bars that were breakng the rules and staying open was mostly about Kazy Kozy. But I did not want to name it.

About last night. I stood at the closed door of Crazy House, around the corner, actually on Soi 23, and talked with the long time mamasan, asked her if Crazy House was going to open last night. She said no and that it would open "tomorrow" (tonight). But that I could go around to Kazy Kozy if I wanted.

Maybe Kazy Kozy will really be closed now that other bars are open.

Baccara, Suzy Wong, Kazy Kozy, Long Gun and another go-go bar I don't remember in Soi Cowboy were open last night. There were a few girls milling around in street clothes but no stage dancing at the time, about 9pm.

No go-go bars in Nana Plaza opened early last night

I think you mean Crazy House instead of Kazy Kozy as it was closed even before this last round of closures. Baccara the girls were dancing on stage at 7 PM there just weren't but about 15 girls working. Since Nana Plaza was closed we went to Patpong were I observed 4 bars open. Triple X I visited and no girls were on stage but milling about. Bada Bing was going like normal 2 shifts of girls filled the stage. Several good looking girls and a few very sexy ones with great bodies but average faces. Black Pagoda was open but I didn't go in. There was another go-go open on the same street but I don't remember the name. I didn't get to the street with King's Castle so I can't report on what was open there.

Also I was told that Spankys is opening tonight but Billboard is waiting until next Tuesday the 2nd of March.

It was probably Crazy House. And with this Friday's "no alcohol" day coming up, I can see why some bars or gogos might not want to open up just yet.

But it looks like BMA just published their "official" announcement, effective 23 February. (source in Thai: http://www.bangkok.go.th/main/page.p...=detail&id=770).

Again, I just wonder if some aren't opening up yet because of Friday. Or maybe they're calling it quits like a sports bar on Nana (source: https://thailand.businessesforsale.c...-for-sale.aspx); Strikers?

And it's only the beginning of 2021.

Down Soi 4 and round the corner on Soi 6, Hang Out Pub was open. Further down on Soi 4 the new-ish LB bar, Why Not?, formerly Swan Bar, was open.

The outside sign lights and indoor lights were on and 2-3 girls in street clothes were sitting at L0litas and Kasalong BJ bars.

Thermae remained closed last night but I was told by some girls outside that it will reopen tonight.

A couple night entertainment places reopened last night such as The Strip 2. 0 gogo over at Patpong. And I just saw a tweet by XXX Lounge (Patpong) that said they were opening up tonight at 6 pm, along with another tweet by Shark (Soi Cowboy) about 90 baht beers and house spirits all night.

I'm not that familiar with Thailand's government bureaucracy. But I guess even without the BMA's "official" announcement (or if it's even needed), places have already begun (or are planning soon) to reopen up in BKK.

Miss the good old days when that noodle shop food cart was right outside Thermae. I was staring at a girl one night and she pulled a chair beside her and asked me to sit with her while she ate.

Some of the better looking girls working in the Soi 7 collection of beer bars that more-or-less remained open lately have been asking 3,000 for ST, 5,000 for LT and sticking to it. Ok, maybe they drop it by 500 baht or so depending on how busy the bars are. And I'm talking about basic, standard covered FS and likely no BBBJ+CIM option. Some of those girls pretend to be oblivious to what costs and service levels were for girls of their middling level of looks way back during normal times.

And there are apparently enough punters in town willing to pay those rates and accept that level of service to keep those girls busy and happy.

Hopefully, the go ahead for all bars to reopen will soon throw a little cold water of competitive reality onto the situation.

The Soi 7 bars were open lately? I walked by a few times but everything seemed shut down completely. (Also crazy prices and still wonder who is paying them when many decent looking girls along Sukumvit are ok with 1000).

That was true during normal times. But since the tourist traffic began to slow to a trickle about a year ago and, of course, when Thermae itself is closed as it has been for weeks, most of the girls standing outside Thermae are real girls. They either can't go into the bar (because it's closed) or simply found their best chance of any viable customer seeing them at all that night is to get out of that nearly empty basement bar and stand outside on the sidewalk.

There are still LBs standing outside under current conditions. But maybe only 10% of the hookers standing outside as of last week were LBs.

That's pretty funny that you called the front desk to verify the sex of your companion. And it's funnier too that your companion offered you the totally lame explanation that she borrowed her male friends ID. Who does that? If it was a female and she lost her ID, I am quite sure that borrowing another ID from the same sex would be the more likely attempt. It appears that you must have had reservations from the beginning so your instincts were correct.

As far as looking at her naked, this person was obviously a post-op and usually the surgical work down there is not so great so perhaps you decided not to look so close, which I understand given the circumstances. But the few pics I have seen don't come close to looking like the real thing.

I met one like that. The only tell I have is that it was too easy when we discussed service. It was in front of Thermae but she was with friends that seem to be females. I decided to call the front desk when she was taking a shower and found out she has a male ID. She told me she borrowed the ID and let me examined her naked. I still could not tell but I decided to let her go.

Another time, I met one who is tall for a female in front of Hyatt near Thermae. She claimed she worked at RB4 and showed me picture of her working. She just finished a short time date but did not want to go back to the bar. Her ID looked fine but because she was tall, too eager and tell me it's a good deal so I did not take her.

Did you counter offer? Can't blame her for asking 3 k, that was probably her regular rate before Covid, and she might be hoping for a clueless or generous punter. I'm pretty sure she'd jump on a 2 k offer, and probably consider 1 k as well.
