Many bars have a problem with their DJ. He may be too smart doing blending, use too much volume, and also use what someone described as "car alarm" stuff. Some young girls working in these places claimed to like the car alarm stuff.

There in lies a problem. Went to Jungle Jims and an old Farang was monopolizing the music selection. He chose really heavy rock videos not very musical mostly yelling from artists mostly unknown to me maybe from the Status Quo / Black Sabath / Suzie Q era (but not that good), not the big name rock stars, and frankly it was also horrible stuff to my ear, and the girls could not at all dance to it. The musical instrumentation was pretty rudimentary and poor in times long gone by. Live performances maybe.

I think they need to choose a compromise some where in between. Something danceable but pleasant to expat ear, does not have to be all very ancient, and I think some latin stuff can be a big help. Certainly the music has to appeal to the main customer age group, but not be too awful to the young girls. Some bars have got it pretty right, and some have got it very wrong. Crazy House has always been far too loud, and some really shit music, some acceptable. Does not seem to have scared all the customers away.

After 5 star take over, it moved to purely car alarm stuff and was far worse than Crazy House. I think they partially rectified it a bit, but still woeful.

Shark as example is better these days, but I still don't see girls readily able to dance to it. Sheba used to be a bar with a great selection unfortunately closed several years now.

I can't say I have gotten that level of Real Sex/True GFE service I desire at a realistic price with any Beer Garden Soi 7 lady above a 5 rating in looks out of dozens of encounters and chats during the past 5+ years.

I do find the food to be generally ok at a reasonable price but the music is often too loud for a place that is really all about chatting up the person next to you, not dancing and not sitting mute while watching girls dance on a stage. There is no reason to have it cranked up so loud two people sitting right next to each other have to raise their voices and repeat things over and over again to be heard and understood.

They only started arriving anyway after the Arab rush began in the late 80's.

The best was when I saw some old skeezy farang spend like 10 minutes talking to a girl and evidently a deal couldn't be reached. He left, and then the girl took off with an Indian guy. Winner.

I also wandered around Nana and cowboy, poking my head in here and there, buying a lady drink here and there for a couple of coyotes (pretties) I bang once in a while. I probably saw a dozen other coyotes overall who I recognized as being local pretties. For you tourists and occasional visitors, don't waste your time on coyotes and definitely don't waste your time on pretties, they take a little bit of work. If you do have the time, and have the money and game, pretties are the best.

That old skeezy farang might have been me hitting up a girl for either BBFS+CIP or BBBJ+CIM vs the next guy who is fine with covered everything, except I never spend 10 minutes on the question on the street before getting a Yes or No and moving on with or without the girl accordingly. Closer to 30 seconds usually, if that much.

If by Coyotes/Pretties in Nana Plaza you are talking about the better looking door girls or the girls (the real females) who are hired to stand outside the bars holding up signs for a bar and trying to entice the customers into the bars, I have gotten some of my fastest and easiest upfront agreements for BBFS+CIP with those girls. Not so on Soi Cowboy though. I mean, not so with the ones on Soi Cowboy who tell you to your face they will not go barfine or back to your room when asked, of which there are many on that Soi. Curry chicken and crispy pork are my favorites. I will also say that the freelance quality seems to have improved over my visit last year. Couple of thin, younger looking ones could be doable. Took a quick run around the area on my way home on Wed. Thermae was full of hotties. There is one girl there who I have been watching for about a year, she has an absolutely gorgeous face and sometimes silver streaks in her hair, but she has a facial expression like she sucked lemons and is possibly, no indeed probably, one of those girls who knows she is good-looking and is just going to starfish you. "Could be doable". Not sounding sure. So you did not do any girls? Recommending only for he food in non air con environment? Not quite following. O.K. They do serve food. That is something.

Seems like your post just teases us slightly saying so little in the "plug". I would love more detail.

I make a great Masaman Chicken curry myself with all the spices. I never order it in Bangkok, because it usually is crappy, made so quickly, with not best ingredients. Needs to stew for extended time. Good curries taste better the 2nd day as well. In fact I never order coconut cream type curries at all. Hard to get a really good one. My exception is Hor Mok which is a curry set firm by egg white to become jelly like and often in a banana leaf. Best with fish and veg filling.

My point probably is I doubt we will go there for the food unless it is really special indeed. So more specifics about trying great girls would be better, or why the food is really outstanding. If you did some really hot girl, don't be shy, you can say so. If not, then that speaks for itself. I might be willing to go have a look there if I think the girls are better than Soi 4 for example. I have no clue about Beer Garden girl price ranges too.

BTW, There is an O.K. glass booth Thai food shop on Soi 4. I ate there a few times. Ha ha! Just stirring a little. Its not very relevant to getting a girl.

Well, I always see one or two Thai gals that are doable. But, venture farther down the street and some of the Viets just blow the Thai gals out of the water. White skin, great facial features (non-surgically enhanced for the most part), and some ripping bodies combined with that great aggressive intense Vietnamese attitude. I'll take a white skinned Chinese featured Viet over a dark skinned Isaan gal any day.

A lot of talk about Viet girls. I grew up in a city with a lot of Viets. I used a travel agent with a stunning Viet girl once but she is really the only one I recall as super stunning. Most Viet girls in my home country were not that stunning and certainly not trying to be sexy either. Conservative. Unlike Thais and Filippinas, Viet girls did not mix greatly with the western community.

I searched for what Viet beauty is supposed to look like and include pics from web. The two single girls pics are my types. Could just as easily be Thais maybe. In the group pic, which are the best? I would probably pick top right girl (despite darker skin), even if none are really my spec, and top left as 2nd best (despite hairdo and nose job). Bottom left looks like a LB to me. I don't go for plastic looks is well known. Does Vietnam really have a lot of stunners or actually very few, based on my experience in home country?

Could easily be I have never fucked a Viet girl, or not knowingly. A buddy had a Viet GF, but she was not impressive. If I see girls regularly privately, not in a specific bar or MP, then I don't name them. Some want to be very secret and may have unusual names.
