Just as many girls will say they prefer non hairy. Individual preference. Many probably have no preference. However you would be finding few guys that like a hairy muff even if is natural.

I agree with you that BKK overall is a better place to hang out. There is little to do in MNL until the bars open. The food is much better in BKK although food in MNL is not bad and getting better all the time. And MNL is a much poorer city with higher degree of poverty & crime. I would never consider living in MNL unless I had a really good job there, but I do like the girls. I remember one night I was sitting in Plan B waiting for my girl to change her clothes. It was still kind of early and only a few customers were there. Then I noticed 7 or 8 girls were laughing, smiling, and dancing together in a choreographed way amongst themselves. It looked like they were having a good time. It was a pleasant moment and nice to watch. I can't recall when I have seen a similar event take place in a BKK or Pattaya Go Go.
