I have heard from a few ladies that the employees at 7/11 are paid 300 a day. That comes to the average given if they work 7 days a week.

I have no idea if safe abortion is available for low cost, nor how safe it is. Not really completely relevant. It is not legal, I believe. Abortion operators get arrested and jailed from time to time.

Anyway the point is Thai girls pregnant do not get abortions at same percentage rate as western girls. It is against their religion and principals. They cannot kill the unborn child, possibly fearing the bad Karma, going to hell, or being reincarnated in the next life as a low animal with incredible hardship.
