    About 100 daysto go.

And again, I am inspired by Mr. MPs wierd night.

    Some generalizations:

    1. The difference between plain and stunner is usually make up.

    2. The older the babe, the better it plays. Experience counts.

    3. Bad experiences are the result of high expectations. Thus, for a fast finishing disinterested clutz like me, having her stay and want to cuddle after instead of just leaving is a bad experience. For you, not having that 2nd grade educated stunner fall in love with your witty repartee and sensual skills might be a bad experience. And as I have said before, as you kiss that new love of your life, remember that she was behind the dumpster pulling a 2 minute chowder slurp with me for 500 b.

    3. Money counts. If you don't got it, act like you do.

    4. Train your little head to remember that if it doesn't happen now, it will happen later.

    5. Dumping a load is dumping a load. Next.

    6. Have fun.

It would be naive to think that is what the original poster think. The actual scenario is going to fall in between the two extremes. The profitability is determined by which extreme it is close to. Is that good for the owner when a gogo bar is run like an all you can eat buffet without time limit? Sooner or later, the owners will figure out a new way to get more income when they get smarter. If you look at KTV, the entry price is a lot higher than one drink, and there is a time component built into the cost. Gogo bar is very cheap in comparison.

Syzygies is probably the plural form of syzygy, which is a mathematical term. But unlike mathematics mongering is not an exact science so no need to check the details LOL.

Going to a bar with an alcohol licence and seeing people drinking water is a real turn off for me. Think they are judging my copious consumption of alcohol. I would take my business elsewhere to more appropriate environs. I would let management know why I am leaving.

When there is a non drinker in a group, I am with, we usually go to more sedate places.

It's a successful business model if it makes enough profit. That profit is generated by all customers, "the other customers" (whoever that is) as well as the guy milking one drink all night. They all generate profit for the bar and it all goes into the same pocket.

    Weird Night in Bangkok

After checking in my hotel Aspira off Sukhumvit 7/1, I was hungry and decided to book lunch using the Eatigo app. I opted to book at the Green House Cafe at the Landmark Hotel near Nana. So when arrived, I took at seat outside the cafe in the patio. The waitress brought me a menu that said Green House Cafe. I looked over the menu and told her I had a booking through Eatigo at 3:30 pm. She told me that if I booked through Eatigo, I had to sit inside the cafe towards the back. I said really? Is it the same food served? She said yes. I said is the same restaurant? She said yes. Are you the same waitress who will serve me? She said yes. Then I shook my head and asked, why am I not allowed to sit outside in the patio? She said that was the rule. So I said back, because I booked with Eatigo, I am not allowed sit outside overlooking a view. This make no sense to me at all. So I got up and went to Hooters instead to grab a bite. The view there was much better. I could have raised hell with that waitress and proven my point, but who am I really arguing with? A waitress in a third world country working at a place that adds an automatic 10% gratuity, whether or not, there was good service provided. I once ate at The Green House Cafe and ordered the the Noodles with Shrimp Wontons. I asked the waiter what's inside these wontons and he read the menu back to me and said "shrimp. " After he brought out the food and I took a bite, I told him it also had pork. I can taste it. I don't eat pork. He said I was wrong and went to ask the kitchen. He came back and said the kitchen staff said wontons are made with pork and shrimp. I replied back, then it should be called "shrimp and pork" wontons. And "no" some wontons are made with only 100% shrimp. The waitstaff just stared at me with this real dumb look on their faces. Why am I tipping 10% again? Anyways, after my lunch at Hooters, I went to take a nap.

At around 8 pm I woke up and headed out to Nana. Twister again was the first bar. About 30 girls dancing, but none caught my eye. One girl who I've already been with kept walking by smiling at me. I pretended not to know her because from what I remembered, she was only a so so experience. By that I meant, she showered, but didn't brush her teeth, quick BBBJ less than 5 minutes, lazy during sex and made me do all the work, sex was average and not erotic or passionate or loud, did not do CIM, and left my bathroom a mess. That's often a no repeat for me and no drink if I see your ass next time as well. A decent experience always has a bit more passion, cleanliness, and ends with CIM. That deserves a drink next time, but not necessarily a repeat. An extraordinary experience with a hot girl, well. You have read on those already. Those get repeated and lots of drinks. This girl I was ignoring was just meh, so I didn't want to waste my money on her. About 8:45 they started playing Thai disco music, so I burned off to Rainbow 5 next door. That place was dead. I only stayed for one Diet Coke and left in 5 minutes. Only two hot girls dancing #116 and #7, both I have already been with. There is also this one girl there, who is small in frame with breast implants. She keeps on getting botox face injections. Her face looked like she has just gotten stung by a swarm of bees and is swollen. I bet you can figure out who I am talking about if you ever go to rainbow 5. She sits far right at the base of long stage when you walk in. Horrible looking. Next I went to Thermae around 9 pm. Place was pretty empty as well. I recognized about 10 or so girls who I have gone with before. It's always so weird because in their minds they think they have done something wrong because I won't repeat again and again, except maybe with a handful of girls when I get bored. The girls I know just roll their eyes at me when I walk by at Thermae. Funny.

I left and went back to Nana and bounced into Lollipop. Nothing there so only 1 soda water and left. Next Mandarin first floor and nothing was there. Pesky older mamasan with glasses sat right next to me and kept pointed out these girls and saying "narak. " I kept telling her, "look at me and look at them. " They not narak and not my style. I feel bad for these girls because they smile at me and I just ignore them. They are either overweight, too dark, funny looking, or just not pretty at all. Some all of the above. Maybe that smiling crap can spell another customer, but not me. Mamasan then asked me for a drink and I looked at her and said back "for what?" I paid my bill and went upstairs. At Mandarin second floor, I was the ONLY customer in the whole bar, so I had all eyes on me. Girls there seemed young and many were flat chested. When it was time to switch girls on stage, two girls approach me. They were then two best looking ones in the club. But still, my standards are more higher. They smiled, said their introductions, and the waitress came over immediately and asked me if I wanted to buy them a drink. I told the waitress if I did, then I would have called them down myself. These girls came to me on there own. One of the girls then left. The other one stayed and told the waitress, it's okay, she didn't need a drink and would sit with me anyways. Now a newbie would have fallen for that shit, but not me. There was nobody else in the club. This all game. Let me sit with him without a drink, talk to him, touch him, and then he will begin to like me. Monkeypaw is too good at this game. I told her again, if I wanted to get to know you, I would have already called you down immediately when I first laid eyes on you. She kind of felt embarrassed. This was clearly the best looking one on that club tonight, bit just not my type. I paid my bill and told her bye bye.

Being that it was late, I wanted to grab a girl quick. I had just taken a gel pack and felt it kicking in. I headed up one more floor to Butterflies. Within 30 seconds of entry, I saw her. All the girls dancing wore the soccer outfits because of the World Cup Series, but the one that stood out to me had a cute Japanese look to her, #442. I asked the waitress to call #442 down. She even made the gesture with her fingers 4-4-2, when I repeated the number. The girl was dancing right in front of me. Waitress walked around the bar and then came back 2 minutes later. She then told me #442 is not working tonight. She holiday! I looked at the waitress, pointed at the girl, and said she is right in front of us! Waitress went to the stage, stared at her badge and then only gave me a stupid look. When #442 came down she seemed surprised I called her. Her name wad Music. We moved back into the back where the couches were and she ordered a drink. It was in a tall glass, so I was like, great she likes me. The girl spoke no English at all. She said the standard, what is your name, where you come from, how long holiday chit chat, nothing more. Music was cute as heck though, but it was weird not being able to talk much to her. We had to use a translator app. She was only 19 years old, never worked a go go bar before, and has only been there 7 days. You can tell she never worked before because she can't even lie. I asked her where she worked before and she told me the exact name of the shop in the mall. She also told me she has never a boyfriend but has a tomboy. I was like errr? Who says stuff like that anyways? I was thinking, this is going nowhere, she is too fresh and naive. The waitress came around and asked me if I can buy her another drink. I then thought, "what the hell, she is too cute to pass up. " I told the waitress to ask her in Thai, can she go outside with a customer? If she can be barfined, I will buy her drinks. If not, the she has to go back on stage. The waitress asked Music and her eyes got big. She had this deer in the headlights look on her face. Then both mamasans came over to see what the commotion was about.

The waitress then told the mamasans what I said about Music, the drinks, and being able to barfine her. One mamasan started talking to Music in Thai, while the other chatted with me. The one chatting with me told me that Music is brand new to dancing and she doesn't understand what barfine and going out with customer means. Music was asking them to ask me, where are we going and for how long? Then the mamasan asked me. I told them I want to take her back to my room on Soi 7/1. She can come back at 1 am. It was about 10:00 now. They translated back to her and she still looked lost. I jumped in and asked her, how much does she want. Mamasan translated and she mumbled something back. To my surprise, Music had asked for 4000 baht to go with me. I told Mamasan, that was okay with me. The mamasans then told me, I was her very first customer ever. Mamasan then said she is like a virgin. I said back, because I will be her first customer? Mamasan said, "no because she say she never been with a man before". I was thinking what the hell have I just gotten myself into? Either I'm getting hustled, or something because this is getting weird. So I paid the 700 baht barfine and ended buying shots for both mamasans and drinks for Music and the waitress. We sat there all talking a bit more. They kept wanting me to do things like hold Music's hand or put my arms around her to comfort her. I was like I'm not like that. I think they were just scared for her because she is so naive and new to the scene. I asked Music why she agreed to go with me and she told me that she wasn't scared of me. She also went to the bathroom earlier and messaged her tomboy. Her tomboy had said their rent was late for this month. She said if I was another customer, she would not go. I guess she felt safe enough and I was good looking enough for Music to let me break her in.

While she was changing, I glanced at my bill. Danger! Those drinks at Butterflies that the waitress brought for herself and Music were 340 baht each. Dang! That's why they were in big glasses. When a girl asked for drink at Butterflies, and she has no intention of going with a customer, they will ask for a drink in tall Collins glass. That counts as 2 drinks towards their salary. If the customer complains, by then, the girls have drank their glasses and they move on to the next customer. Forget the whole tequila and coke chaser, now it's juts one tall glass of anything that counts as 2 lady drinks. I immediately checked and pay the drink bill which was 1600 baht for my 1 club soda, 2 lady drinks, 1 waitress drink, and 2 mamasan shots. Soon after, Music comes out dressed and we are headed back to my room. This is where it gets more weird. I showered first, no problem there at all. I come out and she is just on the bed playing with her phone. I thought I will give her some time. But after 5 minutes, I asked in Thai if she was going to shower. She looked confused. She then was like no, it's too cold. I said I have hot water in the shower. She looked even more confused. What had the mamasans really told her? I hadn't paid her yet, so I wasn't too worried. I use a translator to type out "don'tu you want to clean yourself before sex?" She looked at it and of course didn't understand what it said. I bet they word "sex" was translated wrong using Google. I then used hand signals showing her showering and I kept saying "boom boom". Dang! The girl didn't even know what boom boom meant! She only looked at me more confused than ever. I then showed her pictures of porn and people having sex on my phone. She just giggles and points at the bathroom. I said yes yes! So finally after all this confusion, she heads into the bathroom and I can hear the shower being turned on and used.

My dick by now isn't even hard anymore. I had to lay in bed and play with myself a bit to get keep it stiff. This was too much drama for mini Monkeypaw. About 10 minutes later, Music comes out and she is fully dressed in the same clothes as before. I'm like "what the fuck?" She sits right next to me in bed. She kept saying "Ai. " And so I understood, this girl was really a virgin or I am her first customer, maybe first guy ever. She was shy and didn't know what to do at all. I proceeded to help her take off her clothes and to give her a towel cover herself. We did everything so slowly. Her BBBJ was not good, she didn't know how to ride on top, she did not know how to arch or bend her back in doggie, she could barley open her legs wide enough in missionary, and she winced and whimpered a lot. But dang her pussy was very tight and felt as if I was having bareback (though I had a condom) sex because she was getting so wet. After about an hour of me banging her, I couldn't stand to see her in anguish anymore from fucking her too deep. I think she was complaining while moaning, but didn't know how to speak English to tell me. I had to let her finish me with an oil hand job to end her of her misery. When I came, she kept stroking my dick as if she didn't know that a man's orgasm maybe last 4-5 seconds. She kept jacking me off for about 20 seconds until I couldn't bear it anymore. My cock stayed strong because of the gel I took. That was just too crazy for me. I wasn't about to even break any of my toys and try with this one. She would have ran back to Nana in a heartbeat. I paid her the 4000 for her effort and walked her downstairs. Not sure why any guys have this fantasy about banging young virgins, it sure does suck fucking them.

    BKK Immigration (again this happened)

Hong Kong was very boring because I can't play at all, so I decided to head back to Thailand after the weekend was over. After landing at BKK airport, the troubles began when I went through immigration. I have a 50 page passport, and about 40 of those pages are used up with stamps and visas from all around the world. Perhaps 25-30 nations total in the past 5-6 years. Thailand having the most because I spend about 9 months out of the year here. No special extended visas ever given to me, only 30 day stamps or normal tourist visas. In the past I have been given only 5 Thai tourist visas in the past 4 years, each 2 months long. So the officer behind the booth looked at my passport and saw I had so many entry and exit stamps for Thailand. Maybe 8-10 in a year for the past 3 years is what I have. He looked rather confused and lost while scrolling through all the pages in my passport. After about 5 minutes, he didn't even ask me anything, and handed me to off a coworker immigration officer. She then walked me out of the lines to a table for questioning by their superior officer on duty. Keep in mind about a year ago, same crap happened at DMK. This is only a "summary" of conversation.

Officer: What are you doing in Thailand?

    Me: Holiday.

Officer: I ask you again, what are you doing in Thailand?

Me: I tell you again, holiday.

Officer: Your passport say you come to Thailand many many times. You last come in June.

Me: I cannot come many times to Thailand a year for holiday?

Officer: Why you have holiday so many?

Me: Because I don't work. For past 3 years, my life is one big long holiday. I don't need to work same like you. I just travel and have fun. Honestly, I go everywhere in the world and I think Thailand is the best for fun. Like I said, I don't work, I not married, I not have girlfriend, I not have kids. So I have freedom. Not easy for you to understand, right?

Officer: (Looking bewildered) Your passport very messed up. You go every where too many.

Me: Because I can go wherever I want, not same like everybody. I think you want to know if I working in Thailand, right? I tell you "no. " I bring my own money to spend here. All my money spend come from banks outside of Thailand. (I flash him all my cash in my wallet, which is more than his salary for 3 months. Show him the metal credit cards I have from my father. Show him my bank statements which shows debit ATM withdrawals and credit card purchases on my last trip and for this past year. These statements add up to about 15,000 USD per month as a tourist in Thailand).

Officer: (Looking at the bank statements and his eyes get big). I not worry you come to Thailand for working. I just want know why? You have girlfriend here? You have family here? You look same same Thai people with your many many tattoos.

Me: I think in another country, can make tattoos also. My skin is too white, not like most Thai people with tattoos. But no, I not Thai people. My last name is only 4 letters long, not 20 letters like Thai people. My passport tell you already I am from Hong Kong, but I live in no one country. I only travel, stay hotels, stay condos, and have fun. In Thailand, I don't know anybody but I have 2 baby chang (orphaned elephants) in Phetchaburi. My father and I give Thailand 50,000 baht every month for take care of these 2 chang. In Phuket, we gave 150,000 baht to Soi Dog take care of your dogs and to stop the Thai people from selling the dogs to Korea and China for eat. I just come back in June with my mom and she buy milk and food worth 20,000,000 and give to your temple to take care of kids with no momma and papa. (I then showed him my documents from these charity organizations, the receipts, and the photos).

Officer: Okay, okay. I don't want to see. What work your family do?

Me: My mother and father are not together, but they do not work. They not need to work. I think you know already. I not same another tourist and I not same another person. I think you want to ask me where our money come from. I tell you before already, you will not understand. And the more you talk to me, the more you will get confused. Already, I want to "speak in terms and diction that is probably incomprehensible to you".

Officer: (Looking really confused to what the heck I just said) I not understand what you say.

Me: I'll make this easy for us both. I come to Thailand to enjoy your food, your entertainment, and your beautiful women. I bring many many money from first world countries and give to Thailand and your people. My family and I take care of your animals, children, and your old. And this is not like giving somebody who is begging on Sukhumvit change or twenty baht. We have given more than you will make in your lifetime working this job. I am the perfect tourist for your country, so why are we sitting here having this conversation? Your job is stop people from coming to Thailand who try to work and those who do bad. Do we need to talk to someone who works above you to why you not letting me in?

Officer: (His tone changing and he begins to smile) I just doing my job. The other officer not want to give you a stamp. If I give you a stamp and you make trouble in Thailand, then the police will come back to me and ask why I give you stamp?

Me: (Smiling back) Okay I understand, but you see I been coming since 2011. No trouble yet right? Or else I would have never been allowed to come back again and again. I am good for Thailand. I not same another tourist. I think you know.

Officer: Okay, I give you stamp. But no trouble okay? I want ask question. Why you not open business in Thailand so not have this problem?

Me: (Grinning) For what? I don't work. Why would you want me to work? Why does everybody who works wants me to work? This is really not a problem. This is only fun. Everything I have told and shown you I do in Thailand with papers and pictures of, "Somebody" with more higher power than you have already told me to do in case this problem would happen. They said it will take care of itself, if not, they feel sorry for the immigration officer who denied entry to me. I have done so much for Thailand. Why not let me in? Because you never seen a person with such a good life? And besides, I want a 30 day tourist stamp not a business visa. I think I've done everything right and more to be your #1 tourist, right?

He just laughed and gave me my stamp and I was on my way with one more reminder to "don't get in trouble, I don't want to lose my job. " Now I'm back in Thailand to play some more. I think I will just keep doing what I've been doing to get in. If another board member is able to spend 9 months in Thailand each year without a special visa or multi-entry tourist visa, let me know. I don't think anyone has been able to do what I have done. I've had a other board member suggest I do a 6 month multi entry visa. For that I will get tons of questions as well. First it has to be done in your own country of residence. The requirements for for my country is that you need to show documents that you are 1. Full-time student 2. Employment 3. Retired with pension 4. Self employed or business. I am none of the above. Once again I don't work. I am unemployed and technically I am homeless because I don't have permanent address because I don't need one. So if I ever applied, they will also just get confused. They will ask where does your income come from? Then truth is you might want to ask my father. And honestly, I don't want to scare you, but I don't think you want to have that conversation with him at all.

Ah, now we've tickled around the edges of what Long Gun or any other bar's better method might be than to hassle slow drinkers in order to avoid this hypothetical moment when 70 customers show up at the same time to milk one drink all night. Guess what, the Long Gun Bar in this example made many, many times more baht from just one of those 70 guys sitting in there milking one drink all night than they made from YOU who weren't even inspired enough by their likely line up to walk into the place at all.

And instead of scratching their heads and wondering how the hell it ever happened that 70 strangers who never met each other before walked into this one bar and every damn one of them milked one drink all night, the management might put a little thought into why they staff their go-go bar with chubby girls who apparently give such lousy real sex service or cannot inspire their customers to engage with them so thoroughly that all 70 of the customers packing the place couldn't be bothered to buy even one of them a Lady Drink on the prospect of taking it further into a barfine.

If it was completely full of 70 guys who each ordered one drink then sat there all night milking that drink, the cash intake for the night would be 150 per drink times 70 = 10,500 baht. But you must know that is never, ever, ever going to happen. Not even for one night of one month in one year. Nobody is proposing a business model that calls for, advertises for and is only interested in attracting customers who milk one drink all night. Of course, serious drunks who cannot abide 1 minute to pass before a fresh drink lands in front of them every 10-15 minutes are the preferred customers for a bar owner. But no bar is so blessed to be filled with only those kinds of customers either. And talk about an annoyed service staff! Holy crap, I wouldn't wish such a work environment on my worst enemy! lol.

Thankfully for virtually everyone involved, bars get a mix of both kinds of customers and a goodly percentage of those in between.

I did not indeed realise whether he was going from DMK to BKK or visa versa. It does not matter that much. It is probably not impossible to avoid queueing and paying the airport fee at DMK. I have not used DMK a lot recently, but last time, in a hurry, I caught a taxi from there without getting in the Queue. Just crossed to an outside lane and got a taxi passing.

I give general tips in case they may be of use, sometimes a bit tangential.

The place has about 30 dancers working there. They get a salary of about 8000 baht each per month. 8000 x 30 = 240,000 baht.

The place has about 10 waitresses, bartenders and other staff. To be very very modest, let's say another 60,000 baht for the month.

Then they have to pay rent. Let's say about 200,000 baht per month.

I am sure that security and police bribes come into play as well.

I'm not even going to include the price of the drinks, electricity, etc because it's already obviously absurd to think that guys coming in and buying one drink is a good business model.

Not to mention that every dancer in the place would quit very soon since they were getting no drinks and no bar fines.

There's nothing wrong with sitting there and drinking one night all night on occasion, but to do it every time is not beneficial to the maintenance of the establishments in question.

Of course Long Gun is probably struggling these days since has lots of empty seats, and virtually no slim models suited to me, so I don't check it out very often. My ex slim girl had a baby and changed to be a fatty with railway tracks across the stomach and still expected me to want her, LOL. I could not recognise her at first. I bought her a sympathy drink, and made a run for it. Other talent was lacking. They probably can't afford to pay a lot for some pretty girls. They have trimmed the number of Mamasans I believe. That is a relief. I don't need them hassling me as well, since they remember me from many years ago when the bar was good.

Suzie Wong was not quite this bad when it got taken over by Baccara, at least for my type of girl spec.

Good for you. Vote with your feet I say. Don't support a place that doesn't want your business or money.

It's a successful business model due to the OTHER customers in the place who actually spend some money, not because of the guy milking one drink all night. I will use Long Gun as the example. That place has about 70 seats. If it was completely full of 70 guys who each ordered one drink then sat there all night milking that drink, the cash intake for the night would be 150 per drink times 70 = 10,500 baht. If the place was completely full of those 70 guys all month long, that would be 30 times 10500 = 315,000 baht money intake for the month.

    Hey Einsteins,

Oh I mean Smoothy. Forget about it.

I am just going to complain to management whenever I see someone man-handling a water bottle. Puts me off my game and barfining a girl. Especially if the culprits are south Asians.

Amny, please let us know the day it opens, because it's not likely to make it to the 2nd day, we wouldn't want to miss it.

    Some points are flawed.

Water is not a good analogy. I suspect that bar makes more money selling water. It is not just about fixed cost as the other poster has mentioned it is high fixed cost. It is not that bar don't want one drink customer. The bar already make money on the drink you bought, they would prefer you to buy the next drink so they could make more money. There is a bar in Nana with post-ops that is known to kick out customer for not ordering more drinks.
