Whats your recommendation for somewhere to stay? I thought Chester House poor value, and didn't like the "tower block" vibe. Looking for girl-friendly, good value, safe etc.

Looks like the Comfort Hotel (not the similar name Comfort apartments furthe away from cbd) will do the trick. 37euro a night OK.

Last time I was in Nairobi, I found the action a bit slow. I was in Koinange Street and Simmers. I'm happy to explore to get a more "local" flavour. Anyone there over weekend 12-13 may?

Most of the time I stay in upmarket hotels. My trips are business trips. I always book a double room and in all the hotels I have never had any problems, even when "changing" to another girl. I like the tall and slim ones, so they may have a similar look (LOL). Comfort hotel is okay.

Simmers is an open air "marketplace for Pros". Actually you can go to every coffeeshop or restaurant and start hunting.

Dating sites such as Afro* are usually a great source for contacts with African ladies (many of them no-pro, some of them trying to sell safaris.). Not just the ladies are stunning, but also the price for premium membership (*introductions for example 29, 90 USD or 24, 90 Euro for 1 month).

The price for Kenias is only KSK 1. 500 (+ approx. USD 18- payment through credit card) = much less than the price maintained in muzungu lands.

You can profit from the "local rate" by making yourself a local. Just enter temporarily as your residence Kenia and upgrade on the site. You will be offered a price of KSK 1. 500. Whether your creditcard company will process a Kenian billing address I do not know, but I have got also on my last visit to Nairobi a Kenian Safaricom Debit Card and it worked.

In fact, Black diamond is my favourite too, stayed there two times last week, Also nice: 1. Havanna, restaurant + club, sometimes live bands, just around corner; 2. Gypsies, restaurant + club, + Italian + Argentinian restaurants nearby. 3. If you want to impress your lady: Sankara roof top terrace, exclusive. Last week was a bit rainy.

Girls you find allover in these places; if interested in pros: Florida 2000 in City center. My viewpoint: Nairobi is a paradise for guys like us.

I spent whole week with my girl I met via a dating site. Was second time I met her. She was hot and horny from the first hour, email exchange the weeks before incresed her enthusiasm.

However there are so many girls, maybe next time I give the privilege to another girl.

Hey everyone, I was in Nairobi this week and I made a nice discovery that local mongers obviously know but visitors like me might be interested in. In order to discover nice places in this jewel city, I decided several months to hunt for a girlfriend on Afro. Afro is a great site for that. So easy. One just need to pay attention: stunners are I usually WG. Real non-pro are in the middle range which is fine for me as I have always been disappointed by 'models'; their natural appealing tend to spoil them: they are usually lazy not eager to please. Mid range girl are usually much more motivated. Joan matches perfectly this profile. I met her in Feb during my previous visit and this time was the real one: one full week during which my objectives were 1) explore the Joan in depth 2) discover Nairobi night life through her. I must say that if these objectives were in my business plan then I would have get 100% of my bonus ehehe. After 2 months of passionate email exchange, Joan was hot like a jiko. First thing she asked me was to shave her bikini line and then everything went crescendo. Night cessions never lasted less than two hours. Packed from Thursday when a band plays live music. There is a terrace and a room inside. Excellent atmosphere I must say. I went there with Joan on Thursday night and I have to say that I have rarely seen such a concentration of hot chicks. Amazing! The bad thing is that I was with my girlfriend so I decided next time to go on my own to explore further this wonderland. Does anybody knows this place and wants to exchange information?
