Yes, Kenya is a pain in de ass with that local room rates. Foreigners pay double. The 14 hour stopover leaving the airport will cost me a lot of money: Visa fee, taxi, hotel. And then perhaps 10 hours shagging. But why complain too much.

Its Ghandi Avenue. Try to get resident rate. I stayed in very small room. Only 2000 kes. If I remember. I came from Mombasa with the bus and flew early. A better room should be no more than 5000 kes maybe less. Don't book. Just call. Very nice and quiet. Good shag hotel. Perfect for layover.
