It's obvious Willyboy hasn't ever had a maid in Kenya. 200 dollars is a very small monthly salary for anyone in Kenya with a permanent job. For an educated worker, possibly with a Bachelors Degree your looking at a salary range of 75,000-100,00 Shillings per month. The young lady at Tusky's taking your money is somewhere between 30,000-40,000 Shillings.

If I was a chic I would probably end up with a Willyboy knowing my luck.

Hi all. Have been lurking here for a few days picking up info for my first trip to Kenya.

I'm staying at Sankara in Westlands and I'm keen for some action as soon as I arrive. Therefore have made a deal with a cute hottie that I met online. She's meeting me at the airport at 2pm, going to hotel with me for a good time, and will stay until morning. She seems to be a pretty classy act, which is exactly what I want. Price is US$200. I'm expecting to have to pay for the privilege of being met at airport and sex on tap until morning, but is this too steep? I know I could just head out to Gipsy bar or similar, but I'll be too tired and lazy when I arrive. Thanks for any advice.

i had planned this nearly 2 month long vacation back in the summer and got around to booking my award ticket on klm in september. however, by that time, there were no business class award seats from amsterdam to nairobi on the day i needed to travel, and i made the mistake of not going ahead and booking at least the coach class award seat from ams to nbo, so when i called back a few days later, there was nothing available for the week of december 10. i was screwed! but i am also persistent, and i found a routing from ams to nbo by going via dxb (never again). fyi: if you ever have to travel through dubai airport, make sure that your carryon does not weigh more than 10kg or else the airport will assess a fee per 5kg over that limit that goes to the airport, not the airline. imho, that is nothing but a money grab by dxb. and we are not talking about chump change as they wanted to charge me $60usd for my 7kg overage (i checked 1 bag at my point of origin but kept my smaller carryon rollaboard so i could stash the delft houses i collected and check them so as to not get them confirep001ed at the security checkpoint in dxb (found out this was not necessary like in other airports). i got them down to $30usd but it left a bad taste in my mouth as i had made it a point to peruse the dubai airport website and it said nothing about this. i digress. my total round trip airfare was about $200 due to the taxes for those 5 legs (ord-ams-dxb-nbo; nbo-ams-ord). i started my travel on 10 december but did not arrive in nbo until 12 december due to the dxb routing.

i arrived around 8 in the morning and i was met at the airport by lornah, an afro chick i had been chatting with. now she is a nice attractive young lady who has ambitions to become a medical professional, but i have now learned to not have a lady meet me at the airport upon arrival if my plans are to play the field, as even a first time meeting like this had the thought i would spend the entire time with her. it is all about managing expectations and i did not do well in that regard. took a taxi to the cbd which cost me 2, 000ksh. since i have visited nairobi on a number of occasions, i knew the typical fare is about 1, 500ksh but the guys would not budge. however, that when i subsequently made some domestic flights, i saw the price listing board did indicate standard taxi fare from jkia to cbd was now 2, 000ksh, so i felt good when i was able to talk a few taxi drivers down below that amount.

my 4 day stopover in nairobi was really just to allow me to catch up on my rest and to explore a few new possibilities; i was saving up my mongering strength for my upcoming visit to uganda, which had in the past gotten the short end of the stick with travel changes that cut my visit short. so it was kenya's turn this time around to get that treatment, even though i definitely hated that it happened like that (i will be posting in the mombasa thread; oh how i miss mombasa now!).

i decided to go low budget and so i stayed at my trusty hotel green court on latema road. a single full size bed runs 1, 800ksh and includes bed and breakfast. it is adequate in that you have on demand hot water, tv with standard local channels, clean bed with mosquito net; however, it lacks a / c or ceiling fan, the rooms are small as is the bathroom, and on the weekends, you had better be out at a club or busy in the company of female companionship as it is impossible to go to sleep with the music from the bar and club pumping into the rooms. however, i arrived during the weekday and exhausted after 2 days of travel, so i did not have a problem with it at all.

as i mentioned, i was met at the airport by a young 18 year old lornah. we made out in the taxi and after grabbing something to eat, catching a nap, and obtaining another sim for my cell phone and recharging my mobile broadband dongle, it was back to the hotel for a little action. started off with a shower, then bbbj and daty, but no intercourse was to be had due to her expression of pain each time i attempted to enter her. so i let her suck me off. she had a nice body and i liked her, so i gave it another go the next day, but the same thing happened. so i am in nairobi for 2 days and my dick had only seen the warm confines of her mouth. my advancing age may have cut down on my ability to bust 3 or 4 nuts in a row, but it has compensated by allowing me to go far longer before i ejaculate the first time, so her mouth became too tired to finish me off the second day. that sealed her fate. i accompanied her to her place and that was the last time i saw her.

on dec. 14, i went out to f2k and the attached pango strip club. i paid the 500ksh entry fee that covered entry into the strip club as well as f2k. i let it rain on one fine, black, slim, long-legged beauty, but i was reminded why i don't like going out to strip clubs, especially in places like africa or asia, and most definitely not in the usa as the chicks like to rub their asses up and down your leg while wearing the g-string lingerie and your pants end up smelling like pussy and ass. that is not a good look or smell when you are somewhere where you cannot just pop your pants into a washing machine. sum total, i dropped about 3, 500ksh on drinks and lap dances, and that is the main reason i will never do that again as i spent enough for 2 separate lts with a nairobi chick, at least 3 separate lts with a mombasa or kisumu chick and i got nothing except for a couple of drinks in pango's and a drink in f2k and some dirty, pussy and ass tainted pants as well as a hard on. not cool. but for guys that enjoy going out to a strip club, especially in a place like tijuana (i used to live in san diego and went down there a few times) , more power to you. i did manage to see a lady in f2k that was decent so i took her back to my spot and banged the punani after she got me going with a bbbj for 2, 000ksh. i did give her 500ksh for taxi fare as i needed to kick her out before the matatu's got going.

later that day on the 15th, i met up with an old afro connect from 2010 in her 30's and another one i met in 2011 who is in her 20's. the 30 year old is a professional and i will be seeing her again this year, so i won't be sharing any contact information about her. ditto for the 20 year old. while in nairobi, i freely moved about at all hours of the day and night and never did i take a taxi to get around except to travel from and to the airport. and i was packing a lot of cash with me and did not experience any theft, even staying in a low budget place like green court hotel. i just always kept the key with me whenever i left out. i also caught up with another afro chick i met last time and spent much of a week with and whom i knocked up, but she experienced a miscarriage. in looking back on this segment, i know that lornah does not represent all 18 year olds, but some of my best experiences have been with ladies no younger than 20 and no older than 35, so i think that is where i will concentrate my connections going forward. after catching up with them and hanging out all night with joy, i took a taxi to jkia on 16 dec for 1, 500ksh and flew my black tail to kampala, uganda.

sorry for lack of exciting recounts, but i assure you that kampala more than made up for my pedestrian start and mombasa has me chomping at the bit to return soon and very soon.

for those wondering how i got around intra-africa air travel, i flew kenya airways since their fares were comparable to fly 540. i have status with skyteam so i decided to go that route. however, next time i come back and have to fly to uganda, tanzania, rwanda, madagascar, malawi, ethiopia, south africa, and within kenya, i will fly ethiopia, fly 540 and even south africa airways due to a change in mileage credit associated with certain skyteam partners, and kenya airways tends to have the higher fares among the other skyteam partners for the distance flown.

Thanks Willyboy and Ngong, used to be my early evening watering hole as I lived in Eagle Star apartments nearby. So the rough road is now Tarmac. Sometimes progress is not good. I guess it's changed hands a few times. I was in Nairobbery two weeks ago and back again early March, love the country! Tuta onana, Tusker baridi is on me!

Parksite hotel. 50 euro from my wallet was going. End my wallet was in HOTELSAFE. Central park hotel is in bad aria of nairobi (very naer river raod)

River Road is still a fair distance from the Central Park hotel AND in the OPPOSITE direction of town where most mongers are likely to be headed to on foot or otherwise. The main road that leads into town from the hotel and dead ends at Moi avenue is Ronald Nagala. It's a busy road at all hours of the night (many bus stages there) which makes it difficult to be targeted, isolated and mugged.

Conversely, the Parkside is in an area that is sparsely populated at night and is DIRECTLY opposite Jeevanjee Gardens which is a notorious hiding place for thieves who easily victimize tourists on a regular basis.

Spend only three days in Nairobbery anyway. The most difficult decision will be to fly a week to Uganda first or head straight to Mombasa coast. Or the other way. Reports will follow.

Kenya Comfort is not worth the price. Parkside has too many reports of theft, rude staff, lack of hot water and location noise (namely, from the buses out front) to make it an option for me.

Unless something has changed in the past year or so, nothing I know of in the CBD beats the Central Park Hotel for budget accomodations.
