Its been a few years but wen last I stayed at the Stanley they was always issues bringing a girl back. Make sure you booked a double room as they used to charge a USD $100 or USD $200 surcharge per night for a guest. If you didn't book a double ask the reception to change the booing they may however charge you and extra USD $100 a night. I stayed pretty regularly and the staff would give me no leeway on this. I did ask on one occasion and they said it was management / owners policy to avoid these overnight guests. Personally I think they were afraid the families staying would complain or give bad reviews.

You can get them from everywhere. Gas stations, supermarkets, kiosks, chemists. Usually at least few different Durex condoms available. If you need a specific type / size bring your own or use something like Jumia to order online.

Sarova Stanley, very good and a famous hotel in Kenya for its breakfasts though I am not sure it is the same breakfast nowadays that it got its fame from.
