(messed up Naked Gunz quotes about times are changing).

Quite a lot has changed. On my vists to Nairobi I used to go use Chesterhouse hotel, but then it got crazy expensive, both room rate and prize to take girl. So I changed to use Terminal hotel (quite a drop of hotel quality).

I went to Nakumat to buy food and drinks, Simmers for afternoon girls and Madhouse for the night. I never went to any other place.

Only Simmers exists anymore, Terminal and Madhouse are gone. I don't know if Nakumat is open anymore, last time in Mombasa they did not have insect repellent anymore. In Dar I could not buy water from Nakumat, they had only 10 liter bottles. I heard that in Bamburi Nakumat they did not have toilet paper, sounds like Venezuela.

I guess I will now just hangaround in that street where is Black Diamond and some other clubs, like a good musungu tourist.

How much taxi from airport? I took Kahama hotel at the end

First of all, how much cost taxi from airport to downtown Nairobi? It is said in hotel info that they will provide shuttle taxi with 45 dollars, 4500 KSH.

I did not book Eureka, although it was tempting, girl bar downstairs. And in internet hotel guests complaining about prostitutes and noise, sounds interesting place. But I could not find way to book it online, I found this info:

"The Eureka Highrise Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya situated Tom Mboya St can be contacted by phone +254 20 247459.

Here it is unfortunately not yet possible to book online. ".

Instead I booked Kahama hotel, it was only about 35 dollars or 3500 KSh for night. It was quite near this Eureka, and I was frequenting Kahama before in Mombasa until I started to use Big Tree. But then I looked Google Map more carefully, Kahama Nairobi is next to roundabout, looks like there is nothing else near it, whatever I do I need to take taxi. So it looks like mistake. Well, it is paid already for two nights, so there I will stay.

Price of taxi nowadays? Or should I use uber? I heard that in Mombasa taxi drivers don't let uber drivers to airport, how is it Nairobi?

Thanks for your answers but I really only want to know which clubs are open at around 4 or 5 am weekends. No one? Free beer!

    Thanks.

In an outside Nairobi everyone is using uber (for years) so if you don't know even that. Olala. But thanks for your "You Die!" Post.

You arrive 2:30--it takes you 1 hour if you lucky to get through immigration and find your luggage. Then you need a cab to town. Till you there its about 5:00 in the monrning.

If you know how to play on Badoo, just arrange a girl to wait on you at the hotel lobby.

If you don't know, just go sleep. LOL.
Actually its my second time in NBO, I wrote it in my text. But am an experienced MBA, dar, ebb (Kampala) "night arrival go to club" monger, but thanks for telling me something I already know.

I prefer clubs like naiz oder casaurina in mombasa.

I was in Nairobi once for one night and visited a very nice club but I forget the name.

Google map says it was 11 Koinange St. Maybe Dolce CLub iam not sure. Is that still open?

    Best regards.

    Train

In Mtwapa there is a company which buys the ticket for you and provide shuttle service to Miritini station for 1100 ksh. I used it. Worked well. The office is 1st floor in an Office Building besides fuel station near Lambada. Bring your Passport as the ticket will be issued in your name and also the ID/Passport number shows on the ticket.
They told me they plan to extend the service also to Nairobi.
    Neddy.
This is for economy of course. But there is little difference. The seats in first class are wider and more comfortable. But all cars are brand new with A/C and working toilets. In the middle there is a dining car. Trip takes about 5 hours.

Train from Nairobi to Mombasa: it is better to fly

Traveling to Mombasa, my flights are to only to Nairobi.

I tried to buy train ticket from Nairobi to Mombasa remotely. It was impossible, there is no web service. I should arrive to Nairobi three days before train trip, and then go by taxi to the faraway train station to buy ticket So I abandoned this plan to go by train. My friends in Nairobi warned me to try to buy ticket only when travelling, there is huge demand for this train, even first class tickets are very much wanted.

This is not so big problem however since train has done something good: There are lot of cheap flights available in fly540, before cheapest flights were reserved one or two months before. Now I could buy online cheap flights just a few days before my flight.

Train ticket in first class costs 3000 shilling one direction. Fly540 costs 5500 shillings, Nairobi Mombasa one way.

Add to train ticket cost and time to go to buy them, unless you know somebody in Nairobi that have time to do that. Also, train leaves 9 in the morning, so you need to leave your hotel maybe 7 in the morning? I booked afternoon flight, so I can sleep late.

Second class costs only 700 Kenya shillings, so that is much cheaper. And I would like to do this train trip once, to see the views.

I am sure they will develop later online system better so that "businessmen" (and even police) can't buy all the tickets beforehand and then sell them to desperate travellers, that is what happened to initial webservice.

Feel free to correct me if there is some way to buy them. I found one webservice that promised to buy first class ticket and then deliver to desired address, cost 3500 shillings, but I have lost the link. And I guess with Mpesa you can buy them somehow, I don't have that.

[Deleted by Admin]What strip clubs are you going to? Unless you're actually in the USA, they really are relatively few fat women in Kenya. They walk everywhere. Try Lidos, my friend. They are hot and will fuck. I don't like how you have to buy a bottle if you want to get drunk there though.

You can get around fucking Eastlands women that have to take a matatu from wherever the fuck they come from, [Deleted by Admin] by fucking students that are in town already. They are not being lazy, they are reluctant to go through all that if they don't know you that well, and the concept of leaving early to be on time is lost to a non-working, uneducated chic. Deal with it.

Yeah times are-a-changing in Nairobi, though slowly. Madhouse is gone. Ngong road is being widened, new hotels popping up around town. And guess what, prices rise.

Like been said, all hotels are girl friendly. I actually tindering with a real tour operator, helped me with hotel info and areas info like karen, kilimani etc. She is down for a drink and sauna as well. Pipe too. I still have time, for now following elections. Should be clear soon to see if shit hits or not the fan. But I will definitely consider your advise for a newbie to stick at Westlands. Since you are pro here (I mean it), any bars / clubs in particular in Westlands I should take a look at. Or it does not really matter and the whole are is full of fun? I know of k1, that it is pretty decent.

Of course phone is broken. And on top of that. Some taxi money. The girlfriend is always more expensive. If you take a pro out of a club a give her 2000 ksh in the morning. And than I kick her out. If you think you can shag for free? Whatever that means. Don't kid yourself. In Africa sex is always transactional. Pesa for pussy. Period. The decent thing is to give at least 1000 ksh taxi money in the morning.

    Agree!

And those fucking hair extensions do cost a fortune and are smelling like shit. Perhaps because they come from a horse ass.

Exactly, I was talking about it in one of my previous post. These few times I fucked them without spend a bob, it was just their attempt to get my as their boyfriend-sponsor and not because I'm young, handsome or other shit, no doubt about that. Recently I discovered there are some gals around who let you fuck them in change of few pictures during sex. These pictures are for their sponsors living out of africa. One of these, Kampala gal (from Craigslist) send me pictures I attached. Sponsors want really dirty pictures of anal sex, cum in mouth, face. You can have a lot of fun for nothing.
