I was there about a year ago. It had a make over and from what I seen it is just a normal overloud dark bar now, not like it used to be, it still has on site rooms but I didn't check them out. A handful of women make it known they are up for fun though.

Hey always a successful concept in Africa. Provide cheap booze. Spend money on a good sound System. Spend next to nothing on furniture. Ie. Plastic chairs. Provide ST rooms in the back. And make sure there's always hot chicas around. You can never go bankrupt. And Sabina Joy is not a brothel. It's a drinking den with female guests. Hahahaha.

Mzee Kinyuria, the owner of Sabina Joy has died aged 111. Sabina Joy only close two times in it's history, during the coup of 1982 and the Corona pandemic.

Sabina Joy Club is famously known for some good and immoral reasons. It has come out to be one of the most loved clubs in town for its quick service provision to men undergoing some dry spell diseases.

When there a few years ago. There was no water in the entire establishment and everything smelled of piss.

Despite that had a good time with a keen Kenyan lass on site, in a prison cell like room after paying some money to guy behind a slot window.

I assume we are talking about travel insurance here, ie an insurance you buy for a particular trip in combination with a plane ticket or a package. I wonder whether government warnings could affect the validity of normal health insurance coverage.

I buy annual travel insurance. It covers everything needed for foreign trips / holidays, such as valuables, cancelled flights, health etc. It is totally invalid if the country you visit is under the FCO warning unless you are already there when this advice kicks in. If I buy health insurance inside of Kenya then that would stand I assume but can you do that if your a none resident / national?

Separate types of insurance I've no idea.

If the your ministry of foreign affairs issued a travel warning for your country of destination then that usually invalidates your travel health insurance. Check with your insurer.
Going without insurance is a huge risk in my opinion...
Even if TZ for example is open for business that doesn't mean that there isn't a travel warning.

Why not do an all-nighter?

3 k for short-time. Which is like what. A few hours and 1 pop? Might as well stay in Thailand, haha.

I don't do all night as I hate anyone in my room overnight even less so sharing my bed.

Short time, usually 2 k /$20 in Mombasa, 3 k /$30 in Nairobi, for me is 30-90 mins depending on my mood and time of day, pop as many as I want.

The UK high commissioner and US ambassador have been on twitter the last few days doing little interviews for Kenya tourism offices of some type.

Saying Kenya is opening back up, it is safe to travel with the protocols they have implemented etc. You would imagine if they are doing that then the travel warnings will drop. Though in Gov the left and right arms are never coordinated.

We shall see.

International airtravel resumes from 1st of August. Travel advisory all land and air borders. That means recommendation. No travel insurance cover. But that applies anyway for 90% of the planet. As for girls flocking to Mombasa now I don't think so. No tourists now and they will not return for a long time. Except some hard core Africa mongers. like me. When the lockdown is Mombasa and Nairobi is lifted everybody will travel to the countryside to their families. At least if you have a shamba you're not starving to death like in the city slums.
