I am looking for advice for "upscale bars / clubs" in Nairobi, maybe attached or very nearby to good Quality Hotel (4 or 5 star). I have spent time reading this forum, but cannot find exactly that combination in any recent posts.

I will never overpay too much more than the market dictates, and I am happy to see that 1-200 $ will get you a long way (LT) for a beautiful girl. But for Hotel, club entrance and drinks I do not mind paying extra for a safe and classy place.

Hope someone can direct me to a Hotel and high-end nightclub / bar nearby.

You might be able to get some action for 200 Bob ($2) from some street pickup, but most club and online hookups can be had for 1,000 to 3,000 Bob ($10 to $30 USD). Only suckers or those who fall victim to orchestrated female hustler / hotel staff or police scam pay UK or US prices (that happened to me once in Senegal). In Kenya, I have never dropped more than 2,500 Bob for a hookup though that does not include cost of a drink or short term lodge.
