Trying to decide between these two for my first visit to Africa next month. Is it worth paying about $25 / night extra to be next door to Madhouse? At NOA, are taxis available 24/7 and how long does it take to get to the center considering the notorious Nairobi traffic? Does either place have in-room safes?

I agree there is too much choice here in Nairobi and Kenya in general. That is the only reason I said it is crazy to spend a lot as I have even jammed a few chicks for nothing more than food (I think at most I spent 300 to 600ksh) , and one lady I will be jamming a bit later actually treated me to drinks (how refreshing, and she has one hell of an ass!). I think the Chinese dudes here are the real suckers, and that is what I observed at Madhouse one night. If you are Chinese, don't take it personal as some of my best friends from college were Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Indian (the dot type). Yeah I know I am not PC.

I just completed 10 lovely days in Nairobi and I never paid over 25 USD (of course in Kenya Schillings) for "taxi fare, weave, etc." I will posts more of my stories as well as my observations. In the past I've tended to pick people up at Mad-House or Black Diamond. The best was from Black Diamond, more like a girlfriend, and only wanted taxi money and drinks paid for, and kept in touch. I don't doubt that the primary attaction was because she saw a Mzungo walking ATM. But, it's always good when you click.

Most fun was probably from the Florida next to Pangos. Got two very lively girls, and (on reflection this is mad and probably risky) I was a little drunk and they recommended a nearby hotel. Which I think was $80 for the room.

Hi, I think most people on this site are in Africa for African looking (black) girls. I think thats why the majority of us are here in kenya, but you have white models posted all over your site. Love white women, but thats not why I buy a ticket and put up with kenya. Even if I did think those models were on offer. I could do that where I am and save ticket / hotel / food prices and the hassle that comes with it.

Are there any good recomendations for massage parlours here? Applebees sounded good. But not sure I'm brave enough!

I agree. But I see this phenomenon as local and foreigners attempt to add layers of commercialization to the dating / mongering scene. Each layer gets a cut so the punter just ends up paying more usually for a less satisfying experience. I avoid all such setups and I have retired from the mongering scene in the US as a result.

The marine from France paying 30usd / 1h in casablance. It is not surpriced that girls asking more than 1000 USD / Weeck. This frech fishes making all prices very high. But after one visit, this guys never coming back. End one regulaer visiter is the SIGAR.
