Really depends on the employer. salaries for hotel workers are not fixed, some high class hotels in Nairobi pay really well especially if the worker is from his tribe or a relative etc etc. I know of receptionists who earn 40,000/= a month for example.

One person was giving information that in hilton hotel nairobi ...possibel 40.000ksh/month .But than must by the room valeu. Minumum 200 dollar/day (around 15.000ksh/day) But i find 3000ksh/day enough for my .

but this is exactly what i love with kenya, the "moments", the unforeseen and unexpected scenes with girls you can't experience in other countries.
