Hi Guys,

My first trip to Nairobi is coming up next month. I will have a week to chase the local ladies - well hopefully being chased.

If anyone is around from sept. 18th onwards and wants to join me drop me a PM.

Having most of the pages in this forum I gather Madhouse and Simmers are the main avenues. Is this still correct? Any other places?

I will also be doing a safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Any expiriences with picking up ladies (staff) at the lodges?

Her father claims that he is modern and is not looking for dowry, but who knows what will happen next. It could be that he is uncomfortable dealing directly with me.

As a local, I'm pretty qualified to give you advice. The dad and the girl are genuine because they're not after your money. I advice you not to date girls who aren't supporting themselves. Screw, why not? Date or marry, hell no. If she can't support herself, then chances are she has relatives who can't support themselves so you're gonna have to support a whole village.

Although most Kenyan workers are poorly paid, every business needs managers. Managers are well paid and that why traffic is a nightmare and flats costing 60,000/- a month to rent are quickly snapped up.

Spent 10 days in Nairobi in early June. Had a great time. I stay at three different hotels, Olive Garden in Hurlingham (Way overpriced), Country Lodge (Very nice rooms, grounds and internet. The only problem is there is no restaurant on the premises and its location) and Chester House (This will continue to be my choice when in Nairobi, nice spacious rooms, good internet, great location and restaurant). I have been in Nairobi several times over the years so I already had contacts, but I did meet a couple of new ladies on the net that I chat with for a couple months before my trip. One was a no show and the other two turned out to be really nice ladies. I will be visiting them on my next trip in October for round two. As far as bars, the Chester house is located across the street from The Madhouse so I frequented Madhouse, many women. I also enjoyed the Pizza Garden in Westlands, decent food, live music and some single women also. I am not much on discos so I visited some smaller places my lady friend knew of. It is fairly easy to pick up non pro ladies in Nairobi, just be nice. A good way in the door is a nice wine and dine nite out, afterwards will be nice action. I was told that most (not all) local men only care about themself when it comes to sex, so foreplay will truely get them aiming to please. I have always enjoyed Nairobi, other than housing it is fairly priced and good beer!

Close to Mombasa there is the beach but I don't like it very much, in fact I like more Mtwapa; I have just noticed in Nairobi there is a better temperature. I don't like the heat and heat wave. If she is well off, does she have a rich African man with a lot of connections? Does she have a lot of connections? Does she create trust with guys, later with other intentions? How does she get money, and 95% of the people are suffering in Kenya?

When you think it is serious between you, always remember that before you go ahead you must have met the parents, met with her family, probably upcountry, know her tribe customs, and (at least) be in negotiation about dowry.

Relations in Africa are social events, sometimes social a decision, not individually like in Europe.
