Something is wrong with paying so much money in a country where the GDP per capita in Kenya is around $2400. Paying 5 K ($48) is close to what you pay in Eastern European countries.

Not sure which Eastern European country you have in mind. Things have gotten worse there too. Anyway your point is valid but you should make it clear to the girls, not to us mongers. The other day a taxi drove me to a short time apartment with girls in Westlands. The pimps there wanted no less than 300 USD for taking out a girl back to the hotel long time. None were top models.

What can we expect? From what I've seen so far Black Diamond is the only real game in town. That's 15 to 25 girls at most between 11pm and 2am, in a city of several millions. Abysmal.

My problem as I write is no longer paying adequate prices. My problem is getting a girl I like to come at all to my hotel in the afternoon, instead of never being joinable, standing me up, saying she'll be there in no time and taking 4 hours. Being bored to death in my room until evening when I have no willingness to have sex anymore is my problem here, not paying 100 USD.

Went cruising in the streets around my hotel in Westland with an Ueber taxi. Hardly any girls in the deserted streets. The 3 uglies we talked to didn't have any ID. More precisely, one said she had an ID but after she got into the car the driver specified she meant she had her ID at home, not on her. WTF.

AMEN! My first experience with ABB in Nairobi was a joke. The pics looked good, but it really was a dump. It was August winter time, but the place leaked in cold air through every hole, and I might as well have been outside. They only left me a tiny space heater. I did not know how electricity is prepaid in Kenya, and you have to keep an eye on the meter outside for the unit. Of course the fucking power went out on me, and I had to wait hours to get it recharged. Why didn't I know? Because nobody checked on me until the day I left. The so-called manager only came to gauge my level of pissivity to be prepared for my negative review. It was only like 38 bucks a night, but man, now I know why.

1. AirBNB is ok. The guard will smile when you enter with a chic. Tip him like 500 to ensure he stops the girl if she tries to take off with your belongings. LOL. Advantage of a hotel the chica has to register with her ID. They keep the ID at the reception. They phone you to ok her release.

2. mixed bag. Ask. If she's ok to take pics usually no problem. Some chics like to model. Avoid hard core pics though. Move everything in the cloud.

3. Daygame in Nairobi. Shopping Malls Gyms etc. They are everywhere. Bus Stops. Just say Jambo.

4. Daytime generally safe except slums to walk.

5. Stay in Westlands or Karen you can't go wrong.

6. Drink spiking definitely does happen. Take your Tusker to the loo. Never leave your drink unattended.

Prices in Nairobi are more in the 3000 to 5000 ksh range. 1000ST in Mombasa.

Didn't see your post but people assume that because it's not as point and click as Asia is that they are more "innocent" than Asians or South Americans, There's no difference in women anywhere. I'd got my Nairobi pricing ideas on the low side having seen one or two posts in the 2 k to 3 k range, and saw somewhere that Nairobi was only 30% premium to Mombasa prices. Now understand 3 k is on the lower end of the range.

I'm glad to be corrected (by Nakedgunz too). I don't want to be a cheap Charlie with girls, just pay fair price or a little over.

BTW, about the type of girl I go for. For me, it's about a girl's ass WAY more than whether she has a model-type face. That's my thing. Pretty-girl-next-door looks is fine as long as she has one of the bigger, shapier asses available out there.

I'll be happy to give back to forum with a long report in a few weeks.

You sound like me when I made my first trip.

Let me offer a slightly different perspective.

How long is your first trip? If you're staying less than a month I'd spend two weeks or more in Nai or Mba If it's less than that pick one town If It's more than two months you might want to take an excursion to Uganda.

For a first timer and if there's any chance of you wanting to do non mongering activities I'd suggest Nairobi for a first trip. Mombasa is fun but it's somewhat too monger centric for non hardcore mongers.

A hotel is better for a total noob and frankly you'd probably want to spend some coin here. You could go the local hotel route but paying less than 45 bucks a night may get you less quality and while girl friendly you'll be on your own meaning their not going to check the girl and you'll have more of a problem if something goes wrong.

That being said I never stayed at anything but local hotels and airbnb's in Africa and I never had a problem. Actually the Airbnb route is better and cheaper than a local hotel and a lot of savvy African travelers stay at Airbnb's exclusively. A good one can give you local advice. Unless you rent the whole place or have a male host it could be tricky to bring in more than one girl during your stay. I'll just throw this out there I have a couple of Airbnb's in Nairobi myself whole place or private room.

For a first trip I'd actually suggest going to Sabina Joy Applebeez or even the clubs in Westlands in that order. Although Neddy has excellent posts he's an expirenced hardcore monger. The one thing I don't like about Africa is that it's not as "point and click" as it is in other countries. Africa is dirt cheap for pussy you could get straight short time for 5 dollars (without BJ) even in Nairobi, But if you try to start out with "nonpro" it's going to be more expensive in the long run than dealing with a hardcore. Trust me you're not the first mzungu she's met start with the hardcores even if you "overpay" it's cheaper in the long run.

If you're not going to take my advice about the nonpro thing, If you're going to fuck with "regular girls" understand that big asses is the coin of the realm in Africa. Visited the brand new Ignite gym at Westgate shopping mall. My guide was a quite young and attractive girl. At the end of the visit she asked for my Whatsapp and it didn't take long before she was messaging me. I usually stay in an airbnb in the town centre or the cbd as they call it. There are always plenty women strolling around working or going between job, shopping etc. Also you have all the shops with staff in them be it the mobile phone shops, clothes shops. Just hit on whoever takes your fancy. This has always worked for me on top of badoo and tinder as I am not into the nightlife much. I think as you go put to westgate or yaya then you have less people going about their business.

There were a few 8's but no 9's. What I didn't like about the place was that it was too dark. The dancing floor was especially dark. Two girls were dancing. In the darkness their faces were black patches.

Stayed a while then decided to check K1. This is not really a disco. It is more like a restaurant with music. It was full. Customers were mostly male and I don't remember seeing any muzungus.
