Swiss hospital in Mtwapa charge 300 bob for HIV test using a strip method. Results in minutes.

How accurate it is? I don't know. A kit in pharmacy sold for 100 bob for a single test.

I think we need to Google this method to check the level of accuracy.

Thanks for the tip SirRobby. I'm staying north coast, and same day results are perfect because I'm only there a couple of weeks. Can you get tested at the Aga Khan clinic for all STDs or just HIV? What's the damage? $220 at Better2 Know did seem rather steep so hopefully it's a bit less! Do you know if I need to make an appointment or can just rock up in the morning with my girl?

I was there just in September, together with a beautiful woman I met in the supermarket. This is a small medical service center from the local hospital and they offer a lot of service. We just wanted to check if any diseases can be found in the blood, including HIV, more was not required from our side. But surely you can checkup more if you want.

220 $ ?? I can spend a week in hospital for that money.
Take her to any clinic. HIV test is around 300 ksh. Wouldn't worry too much about other STDs in Kenya. Other STDs much more common in Morocco and Madagascar. Forget Google. Chicas you can fin anywhere.

That's a nonsense, of course, you will not get a serious test if you pay for the work of a doctor and a lab just as much as a beer at the counter. Maybe Neddy has met a beach boy who dressed up with a white tunic.

But how ever it doesn't cost much money, for the blood test, including the HIV report, I paid 1760 KES (about $ 17) each person, for more checkup it will be a little more!

You do not need an appointment, just go there, but go till noon. Because they bring the blood into the city to the laboratory and then you will get the result the same evening up from 6 pm, but at 8 pm they close.

Here is my latest random thoughts from the last few days.

Streets are exploding with girls daytime. The walk to their jobs, shopping driving schools etc. All you need to do is to get the ability in "Real-Time" to perform an assessment if yes you should stop her in a fraction of a second while she move fast toward you. Matatus is the same Gentle touches at the one seat next to you. Sure in any other country you will find yourself in prison but here you get a smile in response.

Hitting 18-21 is harder to me this year as I become a bit older. So I am adjusting and getting town to reality and hitting super sexy 25-to 30. Some with unbelievable bodies and legs that can be stretched to infinity. They don't ask money at this age range, as opposed to the young ones. Mombasa town has also some colored flowers but its required more precise expertise. Clubs? I know nothing about them but it will booming any time soon as Christmas coming.

Apartment price are the same and even getting cheaper 10 K to 20 K striped from furniture, or 2 k per day full equipped. Electricity reach 24 bob per unit now. (KW / H).

Or in other words, between Tapas and Anuba, but below, on the ground floor! If you are there until noon, they take you some blood and up from 6 pm to 8 pm you will get the result!

Swiss Cottage Hospital in Mtwapa has a good reputation and not expensive. It is ubicated near posta and is included in the health schemes of the government. Otherwise health centres of the government which are equipped with screeeing facilities for AIDS. An ex-GF told me that one of Shimo la teva was good when she was pregnant. (she was not inmate in the prison hehehe). Looked at the website of National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) and they have increased the insurance premium from aroung 3500 KSH to 6000 KSH per annum for voluntararily affiliation.

Jan 7 sure just a type error.

They can be found everywhere. Streets, Matatus Pirates beach, church etc. Schoole girls need a bit of a work to be done as opposed to other type. If you lazy just go to badoo or Tinder and start offer money they will come faster then pizza. For me I like daytime street and Matatus.

Clubs will be full as well soon but I am expert in that regard. In Mtwapa street lights of of for two weeks, now they partly restored except the section between the main road via Posta up to Kendas hotel. Its still in dark.

I am living in Mombasa for many years now but soon I will become tourist again due to various unpleasant incidents and changes in the place.

The two main things are population explosion in Mtwapa area as the infrastructure cannot cope. Another disturbing issue is high death among Expats as almost every day another Mzungu is dying from various mysterious reason. Also walking around the main road is like Russian roulette as huge number of boda boda driving toward you at full speed at the side walk.

Lets shift now from background to the update. The main thing is that today -High season-is officially started after long periods of unpredictable rains and constantly power cut. High season actually mean that you see many bus coming from all over Kenya to Mtwapa loaded with Kenyan tourist and eager girls. The place soon be exploding with hormones. So from now to Jun 7 is also school holiday as girls will come back from school camps back to the coast.

Beside that walking around the Bambury beach you can see former Bamburi beach resort next to Indiana was burned to the ground. It has a new name. Reason? Who knows.

So why this particular season is so exiting? Not only that Girls from all over east Africa is coming but also Normal girls comes from provinces as opposed to the Hard core coast girls that used to whites.

Sky is blue, girls are wet this is very true for Kenyan summer starting now.

I heard lots of Kenyans come for the weekend from Nairobi using the Madaraka Express which is ridiculously cheap at 700 ksh. So maybe that goes also for for the chicas. What I noticed as well as some Bus Companies run for Example from Kisumu or Nakuru Direct to Mtwapa. As for Expat Residence I tend to agree. I had an Apartment for 2 years in Mtwapa. Most long-term residents left over now in Mtwapa are either drunkards or 80 years old or both. A lot of people left for greener pastures like Tanga or Bagamoyo. Cost of living in Tanzania now 30% less than Kenya. Less lying stealing and cheating and no goons with rusty pistols or machetes trying to relieve of your valuables. Only good part are the sweet chicas. But the rest. Bad value nowadays for food accommodation for long-term residents. But still the best choice for a Beach Holiday where you can shag loads of chicas and enjoy soaking in the Indian Ocean.

Well my trip is over so here are a few points I have probably made in earlier posts too.

New bar called Danke has opening just a few minutes up the road from Mtwapa, I did not go but it is busy on the weekends I am told.

Casarinahas, still gets the girls after midnight.

Cheers still getting plenty girls.

Lounge gets the higher class (if such a thing in Mombasa) on the weekends.

Sheba was quiet whenever I went in.

The clubs in Naivas complex I did not visit.

Big tree still gets girls during the day.

Overall there is plenty of women to be had and it is a buyers market, they ask for 2 or 3 k and that is very fair both ways.

Sai rock apartments are needing updating these days and if I did not get such a low rate there I would look elsewhere but the location is excellent.

Badoo and tinder work very well for meeting women.

Cafeserrie has good net Wifi.

I have had 4 days out of action due to a cold I picked up, energy levels have been zero, I couldn't even lay back and let the woman do the work I've felt that drained. I shall partake again today I think as I head down the home straight of my trip.

My tinder and badoo has went off the charts since I arrived, all manner of ladies wanting to meet up from the fuck and goes to the ones with decent jobs wanting a real BF.

The clubs have picked up from the last 2 years as well it seems though it is nowhere near the heyday of 2003-2007.

Still as always for $20 to $30 you can have almost any lady you see here, be it in a club, mall, on the bus, the street, you just ha e to have the balls to go approach them.

As always it becomes so easy here I get very lazy and let far too many stunner pass me by, I will be regretting it in a weeks time when I am in the cold wet wind and rain back home.
