Forgive me if I ask a perhaps comical question but I would like to take a dildo with me on the next trip to use with girls but I readed somewhere that at the airport the police check bags for X-rays and are very careful about these objects. There is a risk of being stopped with bad consequences. Is all this true? Are there any tricks to prevent the dildo from being recognized or is it better to leave it alone?

I've never brought any dildos with me. However, as I've succesfully purchased dildos and all kind of sex toys from Jumia while in Kenya, I doubt there's much interest for such things by the police as selling such products seems perfectly legal.

If you fly into Nairobi your carry on luggage is x-rayed as you exit the airport just by the luggage carousel. Your checked-in luggage is not you just pass with that.

Your carry on luggage is x-rayed when you exit the airport but your carry on luggage is not. You would have to be very unlucky and have your bag checked by customs as you leave. I am sure many people carry them in. Buy a cucumber in Naivas if you are worried.

If you wander about the area you want to be and ask the askaris at the gates. They will give you the office number for the landlords.

I took three vibrator dildos into Nairobi my 2nd visit and had no problems. I took none with me on my one visit to Mombasa, but doubt anyone will care you have one in your checked luggage.

But this might be because of lack of customers, right now. I only see a few foreign tourists here at the beach in Bamburi.

Arrived in Mombasa on 05-Sept. Although tired from long flight (s), I met my first contact from tinder. Lot of girls active on tinder, dunni yet, how serious.

About 21:00 local time, my very first visit to Casaurina: Completely empty, besides the guys at the entry.

Question: "Big Tree" mentioned here quite often. Is this the "Big Tree Beach Hotel" on goggle? Want to check out.

Big Tree as in The New Big Tree Hotel. Bora Bora stage for Matatu, Bodas etc. Big Tree is hit and miss during the day, go after 1 pm, the Foam party can be good on a Friday from 9 pm.
