From many years of visiting kenya I can say that most of the girls are looking for money. This is not mean that a tourist can't get it or free.

Its depend on many parameters such as age, appearance charm etc. I always got it for free but most of the cases if the girl noticed that money not comming then after a few days she just go away.

Some other cases I got girlfriends for a period of a few months witout any money. 100% of that cases the girls was without children.

If a lady have at least one son then you can look like Brad Pitt and she will leave you when she will notice that money is not coming. They need for surviving.
