After a relaxed but long Matatu ride I arrived in the industrial town of Nakuru. I took a run down place in downtown CBD called LE Rhino. They actually have decent rooms for 1000 ksh. I stay in a big room overlooking the lake. Only the plumbing doesn't work all the time. But hey more pesa to spend on beer and chicas. After gathering intelligence I went out to get laid. Just outside my hotel there is already the first SWs out and the sun hasn't even set. Check out Mosque and Gusii Roads. Most club's except one called 7D are in walking distance in the city. First I went to club sans chic. Nice but empty. Then to Club 64 nice but very loud and obnoxious hiphop. Not my cup of tea. Than I found a sweet reggae club called Cloud309 good vibez. But no chicas. Prices for White Cap between 200 and 250 ksh. Same story during week rather empty clubs. When I almost gave up I found a sweet semi pro SW called Lucy. 24 years nice be cups 1 child. And no sucked out tetas. Really nice. Agreed 2000. Vamos. What can I tell you. I had a very sweet night. But little sleep. Sterling service. Gave 500 tip as I had no small notes. If you want adventure and a free safari take a Matatu from Isiolo to Maralal. 200 km medium to bad tracks. 6. 5 hours crammed in a Toyota Minibus. But it's part of the adventure. Maralal is the capital of the Samburu tribe. The feeling here is like in the wild West. 2013 armed cattle rustlers shot up the town. But now it's quiet. There is lot of joints in town where fun can be had. There is three nice club's in town. Club 3 d. Club Seven and Red Rock which is outside town. So far I did not see any SW scene. But basically any Chica on the street is approacheable. If you find a local Samburu warrior he will set you up for a couple of drinks with a Chica. But if you stay like me only a couple of days it's hit or miss. So I can give only rough guidance. I stayed in Sunbird Guest House. Decent hot showers and rooms for 1500 to 1800 bob. But. States explicit in the house rules. No Twilight girls. But I m sure if you slip the night Watchman a 100 Bob. He ain't see nutting. I am still working on a lovely Samburu waitress but running out of time. The Samburu have interesting customs. The Samburu Moran (warrior) chooses a girl by so called beading. There is lots of red beads around the necks of these girls. Only when he becomes an elder he marries. But somebody else. So the girls are trained very young. Unfortunately also FGM is common here. So tomorrow I m off to greener pastures. But I liked the place.

Isiolo is a small town. The nightlife fits in a square roughly 50 x 300 meters. In the first night I went to a joint called roots club. Dead. Than I found a club called genesis nearby my hotel. Sweet dancehall and bongo tunes. That place has potential. But first I went to Frontier club. Nice joint. Bongo Lingala. But rather quiet. There was a double chick there. But cockblocked by African. But good vibez. Had 2 white cap baridi. Than I went back to Genesis. Totally african joint. Run down and dirty. Good vibez. Outside I was approached by some ugly SWs. Blabla. Fled Inside. Another 2 white cap baridi. Enjoyed the show. Only peaceful friendly kids inside. Was approached by nice young doable Turkana chick. And another pair of young slim chicks. But rather shy. Not used to Muzungu. But had a blast anyway. So you can get laid in Isiolo. But I didn't push the matter. Tomorrow is another day. For me its the hunt. Sometimes beer takes precedence over pussy. After an uneventful ride I arrived yesterday in the desert town of Isiolo. Totally different atmosphere. 95% Muslim. Ethnic Somalis. The first positive surprise. Checked in at silver bells hotel incl. Breakfast 1500 ksh. Very nice rooms with big hot shower. Highly recommend. Isiolo is even smaller than Nanyuki. In the lowlands much better climate. Saw already some interesting opportunities walking. Lots of curious looks. As usual I am the only Muzungu who doesn't ride a fat Landcruiser. Was chatted up by tall Somali chick with henna tattoos and nice boobs. Also some interesting black chicas roaming the streets. There is several joints which sell alcohol. Will check the WG scene tonight. And to top it off. That's why I like public transport so much. Have a date with Muslim chic. Wanted to become my friend. Sure baby. Will report.

Time to check out what has Nanyuki to offer. During the day I wandered around town for recon. I always check the drinking dens during the day and run my personal security check. Dark corners, transportation, spots of likely attacks. Surprise. Nanyuki boasts a brand new shopping mall. Saw a drop dead gorgeous chick in one of the shops. Unfortunately she disappeared suddenly. I have to check again. My hotel borders a slum there so I take pikipiki at night. Drank a nice sugar cane juice for 100 bob. Nanayuki still has this flair of a frontier town. Long dusty Main road reminds me on the wild west. A good place for pickup are the local markets always some ladies shopping there. I was surprised by the number of Miraa stalls near the matatu stage. Anyway time to check out the nightlife. At 9 pm I started out at Paddies Irish Pub for a guiness. Run by an irish man its the main haunt for the british army. It was devoid of people. Apparently a nice steak can be had for 1100 bob. But the waitresses looked promising. After a beer I went to the nearby town center. And surprise surprise at least 20 SWs braved the 8 degrees chilly night. First I went to Checkers Club. Absolutely nice atmosphere, 2 nice girls promoting whisky looking sweet. Otherwise only kidogo pussy. What drove me away was the music. Only US crap hiphop. So little african atmosphere. My tuktuk driver recommended two african places where also pussy can be had. Well Mtito Andei. Put it this way. This is a place where truckers stop during the night on the way to Uganda. You will find probably loads of expired diseased hookers there, there is a good documentary about the "highway of death", high HIV Incidence. The average african likes big mommas and shags without condom. Rental Car.Not for me as I have loads of time. But the towns I am in are small. No need for that.

Haven't been there yet. But it's a big city. So getting laid should be no problem. Economy booming there. About Machakos. Don't go there during week. Thanks for your insight Zimzam, you're telling me something I never knew. I've been to Cowrie on numerous occasions in the last 6 years or so and never had any problems. Then again I never walked down that way from the main road past the go-cart track I always use a taxi. Maybe this time I'll have to rethink my accommodation. Never knew about the junkies either so this is all news to me and thanks again for the info.

So what's it like in Mtwapa and Bamburi areas Zimzam. I know there's plenty action in Mtwapa but how about Bamburi and are there many ladies roaming or are things quiet after elections. Had a bad report from Tuddle who got held up at gunpoint right outside Cowrie Beach Apartments and that's where I normally stay when I'm there and that is very bad news and a big warning to everyone to be aware and take care. Don't know if he got injured, but understandably he was very badly shaken and I would say he'll be very careful if he ever goes back there again. I was told before not to come there until end of September to let things settle down again, so I'm doing that and will probably be there in October.

This has nothing to do with elections. Mtwapa is peaceful. But Cowrie shells is in Shanzu. Not the most secure place. Kenya has always and will be dangerous. At night move only by taxi and not on foot. You can be mugged anytime anyplace. And of course the bad boys pounce near tourist establishments. That's why I prefer nontourist places like kerstins in Mtwapa.
