Hey Gesheft, just browsing through the forum in your part of the world and I agree that mongering through the net is a great option. I've never been to Africa and confine my activities to Indonesia where I work. But some of my best assignations (best fucks that is...) have been with girlies I've hooked up with through pay websites and chatsites.

First post, hope I am doing this right!

I am a regular visitor to Nairobi but *completely* new to this game.

Last night I met a girl in a bar in Westlands (don't know its name - opposite Barclays Bank).

She offered me a 'massage', I asked here where we could go. She said 'there are so many places around here'. In the end I did not go with her as I had to be somewhere. My question is where would she have taken me? Would I have been safe to go ? The obvious concern is that she would have walked me round the corner to a friend who would (at least) relieve me of my valuables!

Which brings me to question 2. The Jacaranda hotel is right there. How tolerant of visitors are they ?

I would have been too ashamed to do so. There is a difference from having a good time and degrading women. Just my thoughts.

I had the misfortune of staying in a couple of them when I was there 2 weeks ago. As a general rule I never leave anything in the rooms I cannot afford to lose. My camera, lenses, passports, etc were with me at all times.

A common technique is that they used to stay as a regular guests but during breakfast the breaking the door and leave the hotel in minutes.

My canon camera was stolen. The good thing was that had an excuse to upgrade to a new model :)

But seriously, certainly an unpleasant experience. Don’t let the low price to fool u :(
