Found a LINE supplier, has several good looking girls at very reasonable prices.

(This won't be the best report because I forgot an important detail, but I'll do my best).

A couple Sundays ago I found myself in Taichung with a few hours to kill. My buddy had dropped me off at the High Speed Rail station before noon and I didn't need to ride up to Taoyuan and the airport until the evening. I hadn't expected to have these extra hours and hadn't done any real research from this forum, but I decided to ride into the center of town and see what I could find. I checked my bags into a locker and caught a bus from the HSR station to the regular train station. I was hoping to see something of note along the way, but the route was pretty barren of interesting sites, plus the bus got more and more crowded.

I got out at the main station and walked all around the neighborhood. I was trying to find signs that said spa or massage or 24 H, the usual. For all I know there was all kinds of UTR action around there, but mostly all I saw was restaurants and shops catering to immigrants. I walked up and down a bunch of streets and eventually arrived at the edge of a park, I think Taichung Park. Across the street from the park I saw two women who might have been working girls. One gave me a brief glance and the other, older and not at all attractive, gave me a longer glance and a smile. I kept going in a generally and x NW direction.

Eventually, near the intersection of Wuquan Rd and a big street, Zhongqing Road Section 1, a saw a big stand-alone building that had 24 HR on it and body massage prices on a sign on the side. There is also a Qiucuo Village bus stop on the block.

I pretty much picked a place randomly, a shop right in front of the bus stop with a pink sign and Spa and 24 h. I went in and there was a young dude at the front desk. I said (in English) that I was looking for a massage and he smiled and said it was $2 K. I paid and he led me up a couple flights of stairs, down a dark hallway, and into a very dark massage room. I waited and there was a soft knock and a cute girl walked in. She spoke no English. She was asking me stuff in Chinese and I had no clue, so I just nodded and said okay. She finally repeated "Okay? And pointed to herself and that's when I figured out that I probably could have seen other girls to choose from. But I felt like I had already said okay to her and she was cute enough. I think she was in her mid / late 20's, generally thin, cute face.

She led me into she shower alone, and then helped me dry off with a paper-thin "towel" when I got out. She got me face down on the table and gave me a dry massage first, then used a little oil. If I found myself in similar circumstances again and still have no better info, I might try the fancier spa on Wuquan first just to see what was available, knowing there were a bunch of sleazier places close by.

In my experience, freelancers aren't really worth the hassle. For one, the quality of the girls will almost certainly be lower than that of a walk-in for the simple fact that hotter girls have greater safety concerns and so prefer the security benefits of an establishment. And second, the vast majority of girls only switch to freelance after they've accumulated a stable clientele and can hit their income goals from regulars alone with the occasional new customer thrown in, which basically means they tend to be older. And lastly, the best freelancers work through referral, so if you don't have direct hookups to a freelancer and just try to go in blind, the chances you'll end up with someone older and uglier is pretty high. Best to stick to the MPs, in my humble opinion.

I checked this 24 HR massage place on the corner of Hankou Road and Ninxia Road. The cost of the massage was 2700 NTD for 90 minutes. The only thing offered is a HJ and no other service is offered. The entrance of this massage place is on Ninxia Road (see attached map) and you have to go downstairs (see attached photo) to the entrance of the massage. The facilities are fairly nice and spacious. You go there and pay ahead. You can pick a girl, but I just let them choose one for me. The girl that massaged me was from Vietnam. They also have girls from Taiwan and China according to the lady at the front desk. The massage was good and she allowed free roaming of her body. Overall, if you are looking for a good massage and then a HJ, this place would be recommended. Enjoy!

Came across this massage place on the corner of Weixin Road / Dadun 14th Street (It is on corner where the BMW dealership is located). The cost of the massage is 2400 NTD or 2100 NTD before 4 pm. This place only offers oil massage with a HJ ending. No other services are offered. I asked, but to no avail. I've been a few times to this massage place and quality of the massage is always good, but the HJ will vary from girl to girl. Most of the girls are from either China or Vietnam. The younger ones are from Vietnam. When it comes to HJ ending, some of the girls allow free roaming, but it will vary from girl by girl. If you are looking for a good massage with HJ, I recommend this place.

A few random updates on the scene in Taichung.
