I think this place has a couple of locations, but this one is at the intersection of Minquan Rd and Zhonghua Rd. Same place Tempest was asking about a few posts back.

Arrived at 1 am and was happily greeted at the front desk, asked if I was looking for a regular massage or special service. Special service was 2100 nt for 90 minutes. My Chinese is pretty bad, we mostly communicated in English and it wasn't a problem at all.
