If you take a map of Hsinchu, coming from the Ambassador, go left on JinGuo Lu. Walk about a mile and you should start seeing some places on both sides of the road. Sorry I can't be too specific because I have not gone there in a few months and I don't remember the names.

Not speaking Mandarin does not help as some of these places are very wary and I feel that they could easily refuse service.
