The KTV on JingGuo Rd. (largest one, same row with Yosemite BBS) has <30 y. O. For take-outs, but you need loads of $$$. And quality is not as good as Golden Leopard in Taichung.

There is no Sanchong type in downtown Hsinchu, but there is one in Miao-li county. Some friends been there, I have not been there. Its 35min drive southwards using Highway No. 2, exit near Houlong town.

Costs NTD1, 500 (IIRC), girls are inside apartments (3. 4 per apartment). My friend say they've got girls from Myanmar, Indonesia and HK (probably controlled by snake head). The turn-off for me is during weekends, you must wait for your turn while the guy before you finishes off. Many guys from army camp visits this place.

Been a couple of times Yosemite BBS - JinGuo + DongDa intersection...no FS, they offer pure massage, however, unlike other BBS on JinGuo their girls are in their 20s, thin figure.

After a few weeks of searching I found the New Manila Bar II.

It is on 61 Chih Shen 3rd. A quite small bar with a few girls from PH and Indonesia. Around 5-10 girls were hanging around the bar when I was there. They have a small dance floor and karaoke also.

Beers are 100 NTD and Ladies drinks 400 NTD. After 1-2 Ladies drinks they will give your little friend massage but I don't think they will take you all the way.

I used AC's map of Hsinchu.
On Jing Guo Rd (blue mark) you can find barber shops. I reccomend you small barber shops on right hand side of rd if you go from right to left side of the map.
Wuchang (?) St (red mark) - there are some street walkers after 11pm . I've never tried. Short time 1500 NT.
Green mark - it's still the question for me. Looks like a cheap hotels; however outside always are old woman. Maybe there are places like SC in Taipei.

On that route (mentioned by Rag) are a lots of barber shops; however I don't know what about early morning. The best and cheaper are small spots on your right hand side (when you walk or drive down to south). Prices are about 2000 for room + 1000 for girl. You can find also big barber shops but my advice is to avoid it. More expensive and difficult to find there fs if u are foreigner.
I'm still looking for short/cheap spots in Hsin-hu (like Sanchong in Taipei). I'm pretty sure it must be somewhere but I have no idea where.

Strolled through Keelung alleys 2x again recently. Seems the shacks closest to the tracks don't budge from NT$1. 5k for 15min, and never more than 3-12 oldtimers on offer. The barred shacks are NT$1. 0k for the same service. I partook 2x in the barred-window alley but in both cases found the offer/services wanting.

Thus, if I'm looking for a shack, I'm heading straight to Sanchung, even if it is a bit further drive and slightly more $$. Keelung KTVs are still quite cheap & might be fun. Maybe I'll get around to it.

So, went to exercise the morning wood in Keelong at perhaps one of the worst possible times. Found my way to the small mongering alleys about 5am Sunday, the morning after presidential elections here and amid a moderate but persistent rain.

Now recall I am a Chinese-speaking white guy - not an insignificant detail when considering my experience amid service providers that likely see very few westerners. But I know how to chat people up and reassure them that communication will not be a big issue, so turns out not to be a problem.

I first walked through the alley closest to the train tracks where the tin shacks ala Sanchong are situated. In this alley the girls sit outside, which is covered, so that mongerers can browse.
