Here's a detailed map of Keelung Red Light District

Driving from Neihu or eastern Taipei would be about 20 min. You can either take highway 1 or 3.

At the end of the highway, head straight. Do not take the right exit ramp.

Coming off the ramp, immediately make a right.

Go past 3 traffic light. The 3rd one should be 精一路 Jin Yi Road.

Make a right would take you to your destination, but it's very difficult to find parking there. I suggest making a left instead as there's a parking lot immediately on the left hand side after making the left. Park and head back down 精一路 Jin Yi Road towards the rail road track (about 50 m). You will see a Family Mart on your left. This is where the 2nd alley is.( Orange)

Ok, head down about another 6 m. There's an alley only about 1.5 meters wide right before the rail road track. (Purple) This is where the metal shack is. You will find it on the right.

The 2nd alley away from the track is wide enough for cars. (Orange) There's Karaoke on this one. If you head right, you will also find women behind metal bar window in dim red light.

The 3rd alley away from the track( Green. Getting closer toward the parking lot) has more Karaoke bars on the right.

Read what I wrote in the Taipei forum to see the services and price. I heard business is not good, so they are eager to serve.

If you are in Jungli, there is a nice ***** house on the other side of the tracks, near the train station.

The house is located on the back side of the train station.

Walk under the tunel.

When walking out of the train station you will see a large barber shop and a 7-11. Walk to the left of these establisments for about 1 block until you see a love hotel with rates of a bout 250 nt a night.

At that point turn right and walk awy from the tracks about 1 block until you see a hotel.

Walk in, sit down the guy will bring you a tea.

Tell him you want, and he will bring down girls until you meet your match.

Then walk to the hotels at the corner.

I live in Taipei and I suppose I can give a quick report on Caesar's Sauna services. First of all it is a very large Asian style sauna that you can stay at overnight if you wish, and avoid the cost of a hotel.

Basically it is on the 15th floor of Asiaworld, and the entrance is easy to find because it is the only door open in that area 24 hours a day.

They also have nice lounges with individual oversized couches and extra large big screen televisions. Soft drinks are free, and food is available if you can read Chinese.

They do not seem to be very crowded right now because of Chinese New Year arriving soon, I guess.

Anyway, on to the "special services". After a nice scrub and soak in the sauna you find your way to the lounge area. The mamasan asks "Do you want special massage? ". Of course you do. It is NT$4, 200 for 50 minutes.

The girls have nice firm bodies, but it is too dark too clearly see facial details well. Most girls are about 30-35 by my estimation. Probably a 5 at best if I have to rate appearance. Very attentive and nicely conversational though if you like that sort of thing (in Mandarin).

The start with a standard massage for about 10 minutes. Then they ask something about choices that I don't fully understand. I hear "Oolong", which is a hot tea and ice treatment all over your body, including the little guys. This lasts about 10 minutes.

Then condom sex in several positions starting with cowgirl. You should have about 30 minutes of this. If you have time left she will continue the massage I hear.

Then she will shower you off in the same room. You can then go back to the sauna if you wish. That's about it.

But, on the 8th floor there are some truly long legged goddessess (In goofy ball gowns though) that dropped my jaw after I left the sauna recently. And I am used to seeing many pretty Taiwan girls.

I am not sure if I could afford that kind of action, as the guys there all seemed to be dressed very upscale for me, with Mercedes drivers waiting (and mine's in the shop).

Does anyone have any information on the place that I am talking about, including estimated prices?

After a few weeks of searching I found the New Manila Bar II.

It is on 61 Chih Shen 3rd. A quite small bar with a few girls from PH and Indonesia. Around 5-10 girls were hanging around the bar when I was there. They have a small dance floor and karaoke also.

Beers are 100 NTD and Ladies drinks 400 NTD. After 1-2 Ladies drinks they will give your little friend massage but I don't think they will take you all the way.

They girls were asking for 4000 NTD to take away but I am not sure if you would have to wait until the bar closes or not.

The girls working there were not the best lookers but they all spoke very good english.

I have spent many nights the last few years in KHH. Not the best city in Asia and quite hard to find any joy if you don't speak the language. Things I have tried are:

Caesars Sauna:

19th Floor in a building. As described here in the forum. Offers Sauna, movies and massage with FS. I have had to send the girl out and ask for a new one a few time as some of the girls are very average. I have paid around 4000-4500 for massage and FS.

Brothels/Massage places:

You will find them all around the city. Very dirty and I have never found anything worth the money here.

Escorts:

There are a few guys outside the hotels that will send a girl to your room. I have tried this a few times and the girls have all been beautiful and young. They will give very rushed service. I have paid around 2500-3000 for this. If you don't like the girl you can send her back.

Clubs:

I have tried Crazy Horse and The YES club. Crazy Horse is more upscale and I don't think to much is happening there. A few Russians and Asians girls will do dance shows. They will come around and pick up tips you will then be able to touch them if you are lucky.

YES club is more fun with lap dances, if you are lucky you can get hand job from the girls. Lapdance around 100-200 NTD. Be careful of this place as 50 percent of the girls are lady boys from Korea and Thailand.

I am still trying to find a Filipino bar that is supposed to be very good. Anyone has a name for this one?

My friend went to Caeser's last night. It's off the road at the corner of Chung Hwa road. He told me it recently reopened after legal problems and renovations. As many know, this is a famous place for almost everything.

I wish I could give a first person review, but for now, I'll have to rely on reports from others.

Early November, I stayed at the Tayih Landis hotel. Strolled around, found a few bars with girls to drink, but no take home available. Went another 4 blks away and found a massage place open at 11PM. Manager asks if I want HJ or full service. Not knowing quality of girls I opted for the former. Cost was 1500NT. I think FS was 2800. Began with unassisted shower. Women is about early 30s, but gave a decent massage and was not unattractive. Nice full B breasts and nice round ass. Release was good, walked back went to sleep. Sorry I have forgotten name of place or street. Overall, I didn't find much action in terms of MPs or KTVs and I looked for a good 2 hours.

I do know that in the past, Taipei's Philippino workers go to the Main Station and could be "propositioned" as low as 1000 nt or so. It's their way to make extra money. That was 1 year ago. I don' t know NOW.

I Kao Hsiung, however, I don't know where the Philippino community hang out. It used to be in the Harbor. There's a Fisherman's Wharf at the end of Chi Sien Road. The Philippino community is strong there and there's a lot of pubs and drinking places there. Lots of sailors and foreign community hang out at that end. It's pretty run down as so chances are, it's at this end.

There used to be a really famous and huge SPA and Fitness center that caters to sex and doing the nasty for a good price. But sad to say it closed about 5 years ago. Tourists from Thailand and Japan raved about that place.

As mentioned in another thread, Crazy Horse is a strip club.

A few feet away on the same street is a KTV (ripoff) and a "hotel" on the 7th floor or so. There's always some "bouncers" on the outside asking you what you want. Tell them and they'll take you upstairs. They work for the building not for a particular floor. But each floor has a different KTV or Hotel. Kinda confusing, but they're there to safeguard the girls from the police.

Love Hotels are very close to being extinct. I don't care if you've heard reports 8 months ago or so. As of November 2007, there's very very very few that offer this service in Tainan and Kao Hsuing or in these neighboring areas. Crackdown. Maybe this will change in 3 months, who knows. But if you go, good luck and report. I have colleagues come back a few weeks ago and they told me it's very discrete. It's more recent months tho. So it could change in the near future.

I really want to offer more locations and advice but this thread is very empty.
