Ok, so I found this place out just by chance, and it's almost not worth mentioning, but seems that there are so little info about Tainan I though I would post this up. OK this place is located on Ximen RD near the intersection of MingDe RD. If you are coming from Tainan train statoin and turn left onto Ximen RD it would be on your right.
