You are right about these airport counter hotel reservation service. And Kaha is the cheapest. 5K cheaper (0.50 USD). The only draw back is they don't provide comparison of the facilities.

I prefer use indotel because first get a look on website, search in internet about and after choice, and also the listing outside the counter of KAHA list only midclass hotel like IBIS, I used KAHA only in Batam.
